- To request the Cash Bonus, you need to make your deposit and contact our Customer Support within 24 hours to have the bonus added, these are not automatically added by the system.
- Note: Once credited, the 300% Cash Bonus cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- You may request another 300% Cash Bonus only if your available and pending balances are at zero. You cannot request a new bonus if you have an active balance, pending wagers or Free Play balance.
- Any previously withdrawn funds must be redeposited to be eligible for this offer.
