Welcome to European Blackjack. Six decks of cards are used to play this version. Each player plays only against the dealer, independently of other players. Your goal is to draw cards until your hand adds ups to 21, or comes close as possible without exceeding 21. If your first two cards total 21, you hit Blackjack.

This variant follows “Las Vegas Strip” rules, with the following exceptions: the deck is shuffled after each round, the player may split only once, the player may double after splitting, players can double on 9, 10, and 11 only, players can split to 2 hands, no late surrender, the dealer only draws 1 card at the start of a hand and does not draw any more cards until after the player has finished all of their hands, the player loses total bet including after doubling or splitting if a dealer has Blackjack and on insurance wins, double and split wagers are not returned to the player.
