Miami Dolphins vs. Cincinnati Bengals
- When: Thursday, September 29th, 2022. 8:15pm EST.
- Where: FirstEnergy Stadium, Cleveland, OH
- NFL Odds: Dolphins (+4) // Bengals (-4)
After blowing their first couple of games, the Bengals beat the New York Jets 27-12 last Sunday for their first win of the season. Cincinnati faces a tall task on Thursday to make it two straight. Miami’s win over the Bills proved they’re a legit Super Bowl contender. The Dolphins boast one of the best wide receiver rooms in the league. Unless Tua doesn’t play, Miami wins straight up.

Minnesota Vikings vs. New Orleans Saints

- Where: Caesars Superdome, New Orleans, LA
- NFL Odds: Vikings (-2.5) // Saints (+2.5)
The Saints offense is a mess. New Orleans doesn’t move the football well. Not only that, but the trip to London won’t do the Saints any favors. Minnesota won’t score a lot. But the Vikings will score enough for the win and cover.

Cleveland Browns vs. Atlanta Falcons

- Where: Mercedes Benz Stadium, Atlanta, GA
- NFL Odds: Browns (-2.5) // Falcons (+2.5)
The Atlanta Falcons are an overtime and a come from behind try against the Rams from being 3-0. Atlanta quarterback Marcus Mariota is playing great football. It helps that Mariota gets to throw to the best rookie wide receiver in the league, Drake London.
Cleveland got lucky against the Steelers in their last game. The Browns don’t have as good of an offense as the ATL. The Falcons are the play.
2022 NFL Week 4 Pick: Atlanta Falcons
Tennessee Titans vs. Indianapolis Colts
- When: Sunday, October 2nd, 2022. 1:00pm EST.
- Where: Lucas Oil Stadium, Indianapolis, IN
- NFL Odds: Titans (+3.5) // Colts (-3.5)
There’s a danger with backing the Colts at -3. Indianapolis heads into this after upsetting the Kansas City Chiefs. So the Colts could bounce. The Titans grabbed their first win of the season with a 24-22 victory over the Raiders. Indianapolis isn’t a better team than Tennessee. So taking the 3 makes sense.

New York Jets vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
- When: Sunday, October 2nd, 2022. 1:00pm EST.
- Where: Acrisure Stadium, Pittsburgh, PA
- NFL Odds: Jets (+3.5) // Steelers (-3.5)
It’s tough to back either one of these teams. The Jets aren’t good. But the Steelers have trouble scoring. Pittsburgh has so much trouble scoring that it’s difficult seeing the Steelers beating any opponent, even the Jets, by more than 3 points.
2022 NFL Week 4 Pick: New York Jets
Buffalo Bills vs. Baltimore Ravens
- When: Sunday, October 2nd, 2022. 1:00pm EST.
- Where: Acrisure Stadium, Pittsburgh, PA
- NFL Odds: Bills (-3.5) // Ravens (+3.5)
Buffalo starting free safety Micah Hyde is out for the season. Ed Oliver, the Bills defensive tackle, is listed as questionable. So is Jordan Phillips. The Bills should score plenty of points, but it will be difficult for Buffalo’s D to stop Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. If the game were in Buffalo, the Bills would be the easy pick. But in Baltimore, Lamar and his mates should rise to the occasion.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- When: Sunday, October 2nd, 2022. 8:20pm EST.
- Where: Raymond James Stadium, Tampa, FL
- NFL Odds: Chiefs (-1.5) // Buccanneers (+1.5)
In week 3, KC fell to the Colts in a game they should have won. Tom Brady and the Buccaneers failed on a 2-point try in a game against the Packers. The problem for Tampa in this game is they will have trouble keeping up on the scoreboard. Tampa’s offense hasn’t played great in a single game this season. The Chiefs can pretty much score at will. KC wins and covers.

Los Angeles Rams vs. San Francisco 49ers
- When: Monday, October 3rd, 2022. 8:15pm EST.
- Where: Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, CA
- NFL Odds: Rams (+2) // 49ers (-2)
San Francisco failed to hold a lead against the Denver Broncos in their last and the Rams played a great game when beating the Cardinals in their last. So it makes sense if NFL handicappers are thinking about backing the Rams against the spread. But SF’s defense should dominate Matthew Stafford and the Rams’ offense. Also, Jimmy Garoppolo figures to punish a Los Angeles secondary missing key players.
