The 2022 Wimbledon women’s singles tournament will have an unprecedented total prize purse worth £40.35 million, or about $48.95 million in winnings up for grabs. That’s a whopping 15.2-percent increase from the last year’s edition of Wimby. The total prize pool amount in the women’s singles tournament is also exactly the same as what one would expect from the men’s singles tourney.
