Top Choice to Win the 2024 Toyota Owner’s 400

At the Circuit of the Americas last week, Kyle Larson finished an okay but not great for him seventeenth. Both times Larson has finished out of the top ten this season, he’s come back with a vengeance, winning in Las Vegas and then finishing fifth at Bristol Motor Speedway.

Not only that, but Larson won this race last year. Also, Kyle has gone off at crazy low odds in a few races, we’re talking +425, which means at +900, Hendrick’s top driver is a big time overlay.

Second Choice to Win the 2024 Toyota Owner’s 400

William Byron finished twenty-fourth in this last year, which is the main reason he is at 11-to-1 odds. William is having another excellent season, though, the Daytona 500, and at the Circuit of the Americas last Sunday.

Byron also won the pole in the race at the Circuit of the Americas. Even if you don’t believe Byron has any chance, handicap him in this race. William is emerging as a threat to pop champagne no matter the track and no matter the event.

Third Choice to Win the 2024 Toyota Owner’s 400

Denny Hamlin finished twentieth in this last year. So it’s difficult to understand why Denny is such an underlay to win on Sunday.

Hamlin finished in fourteenth place at the Circuit of Americas last week. In the race before, Denny crossed the finish line first in Bristol. So there is some reasoning to why he’s the favorite, but +425? We have to pass, right?

Top Underdog to Win the 2024 Toyota Owner’s 400

Bowman has crossed the line fourth in back-to-back races, at Bristol Motor Speedway and the Circuit of the Americas. But although Bowman has had great finishes in the past two events, the real reason to like Alex in this is because last year, he grabbed the pole.

The top underdog choice ended up finishing eighth after starting first. Who knows what might happen in this year’s event? If the odds remain 50-to-1 on Bowman, he’s a must look.
