Hamlin’s odds are also at +2200. Defending champ Martin Truex Jr.’s odds are at +550, which makes Truex Jr. the chalk. Maybe the oddsmakers know something we don’t. In any case, it makes no sense that Denny Hamlin is a ridiculous, we mean absolutely ridiculous +2200 to win the Toyota Save Mart 350.
At those odds, Hamlin is a blind bet, considering he’s had a terrific season so far. Denny finished second behind Cindric at the Enjoy Illinois 300 last week. In this last year, Denny finished last, but that was because of an accident. Lightning does strike in NASCAR. We’re betting it won’t on Sunday.
Also, Hamlin has recorded six straight top five finishes. The odds make Hamlin a nice overlay.
Second Choice to Win the 2024 Toyota Save Mart 350
Byron and Larson offer the same odds. William hasn’t had great finishes in two of the last three races. So when it comes to the Hendrick pair, we’ll roll the dice on Kyle Larson to clock a top three finish at Sonoma ahead of Byron.
At this event last year, Larson finished a decent eighth. Kyle won at Kansas, clocked a fourth at the All-Star race, and finished tenth at Worldwide Technology Raceway last Sunday. He can get it done.

The odds on the favorite are decent enough for a look. Martin Truex Jr. finished thirty-fourth at least week’s race, though. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a reason, meaning he didn’t get into an accident or anything.
It was just a bad try. In any case, Truex Jr. will bounce back with a decent effort. But the odds difference between the defending champ and teammate Denny Hamlin is a chasm. So we’ll go with Hamlin ahead of Martin to lift the Save Mart 350 trophy.

Logano’s chances to win the Toyota Save Mart 350 are much better than the 45-to-1 odds imply. Joey should offer around +2200. So if the time you read this Logano’s odds are still at +4500, consider pouncing.
Logano won the All-Star Race and finished fifth at Worldwide Technology Raceway. Joey crossed the line in third last year. Again, if you can find anything close to the +4500 opening odds, consider Logano a massive overlay.
