2025-26 NHL Division Winners
Atlantic: Florida Panthers
- 2025-26 NHL Atlantic Division Odds: +300
Florida doesn’t always step it up during the regular season, but in 2025-2026, the Panthers project as Atlantic Division winners. Winning a third straight Cup is possible because the team remains hungry and has the front line, blue line, and front office to be a dynasty.
Metropolitan: Carolina Hurricanes
- 2025-26 NHL Metropolitan Division Odds: +120
This could be Carolina’s season. The Canes signed Nikolaj Ehlers to help on the offense and traded for blue line player K’Andre Miller. Those two additions add to a talented and deep roster. The odds on Carolina have begun to shrink, and it’s only the first match. The Hurricanes have the look of a team of destiny, thanks to the front office’s necessary moves.
Pacific: Vegas Golden Knights
- 2025-26 NHL Metropolitan Division Odds: +150
Vegas is one of the best-run franchises in the National Hockey League. The Golden Knights are contenders every season and should not have trouble challenging Edmonton in the Pacific Division. The Oilers are the favorites. So we’re getting decent odds on the Knights to score the title.
Central: Colorado Avalanche
- 2025-26 NHL Metropolitan Division Odds: +190
Talk about decent odds. The early money is on the Dallas Stars to take the super deep Central, which is understandable. However, Gabriel Landeskog’s return to the ice has already paid dividends. Landeskog scored a goal for the first time in 3 years while Nathan MacKinnon punched in 2 points. The Avs can return to where they’re most comfortable, the kings of the Central Division.
2026 Stanley Cup Finals Prediction
- 2025-26 NHL Eastern Conference Pick: Carolina Hurricanes +400
- 2025-26 NHL Western Conference Pick: Colorado Avalanche +440
- 2025-26 Stanley Cup Betting Pick: Carolina Hurricanes +900
Edmonton and Florida have had their runs. The Panthers lost Aleksandr Barkov for the season due to MCL and ACL injuries. Without Barkov, Florida will struggle to hold off Carolina.
The Avs get Gabriel Landeskog back after a close to three-year absence. Edmonton is good, but the Oilers couldn’t close the deal last season. So why would we believe they would close it this season?
In a matchup between Carolina and Colorado, the Hurricanes take it. The additions, Ehlers and Miller, will take the Canes over the top.
2026 NHL Season Awards Prediction
Hart Trophy
- 2025-26 Hart Trophy Pick: Nathan MacKinnon +430
After a single match, Nathan Mackinnon has two points. The best player in the National Hockey League should return to the top of the mountain now that Landeskog is back on the ice. MacKinnon can score points through assists and by making his own shots. The odds are decent on Nathan to grab the Hart.
Vezina Trophy
- 2025-26 Vezina Trophy Pick: Conor Hellebuyck +310
The chalk is the best goalie in the league. So this is an odds play. If you believe +310 offers overlay or fair odds, backing Conor makes sense. If you don’t, find another play. At +300 or even +275 are decent odds on Hellebuyck. So I’ve got CH to lift the Veniza.
