Kansas State vs. Arizona
- When: Friday, September 12th. 9:00 p.m. ET

The line has moved an entire point in the matter of 24 hours. The reason is that Arizona is the better team. Sure, the Wildcats have beaten up Hawaii and Weber State, but the squad faces a K-State team that lost to Army a couple of weeks after falling to Iowa State.
Also, Kansas State gave up 35 points to North Dakota in their 38-35 win in their second game. Zona’s D is legit. The Cats allowed Weber to score three points, and Hawaii to score six points.

Arkansas vs. Ole Miss

The line suggests the Hogs have no shot. That’s not true because Taylen Greene is a good quarterback. The dual-threat QB should have some success versus an Ole Miss D that allowed Kentucky to score 23 in Week 2.
The Rebels should win this game. A 6-point victory is more likely than a 10-point victory, though. Backing Arkansas is the way to go.

Clemson vs. Georgia Tech

It’s tough to have faith in Clemson. Coming off a home loss to LSU, the Tigers looked terrible in a 27-16 home win versus Troy. They didn’t cover the spread.
Dabo’s team doesn’t look good. This is an away game versus a G-Tech squad that can score points and already has an eye-opening win versus Colorado in Week 1. Take the points.

Wisconsin vs. Alabama

Are we believers in Alabama? I don’t think so. Yes, the Tide trounced UL-Monroe 73-0, but on Saturday, Bama faces a Wisconsin team that has allowed 10 points in 2 games.
Bama head coach Kalen DeBoer tends to be outcoached by solid HCs. Luke Fickell is a solid HC. So, although the Badgers aren’t as talented on paper, they’ll keep this close. Bama might win, but they won’t get the victory by 21 points.

Georgia vs. Tennessee

This isn’t the usual Georgia versus Tennessee game. For sure, the Bulldogs will play the Vols tight, but Tennessee should be no worse than a 3-point underdog.
The Dawg’s offense feels like a work in progress. Tennessee had a decent win over Syracuse, which happened on their field. Vols +4.5 is a solid play.

Florida vs. LSU

Florida is a disaster. The Gators crashed to earth in an 18-16 home loss to South Florida as an -18 favorite. Florida must now travel to Baton Rouge to take on a high-flying LSU squad with a potential top NFL Draft pick in QB Garrett Nussmeier.
LSU didn’t look great when beating LA Tech, but that was a bounce game after the victory over Clemson in Week 1. The Tigers roll in this contest.
2025 College Football Week 3 Pick: LSU -9.5
Texas A&M vs. Notre Dame
- When: Saturday, September 13th. 7:30 p.m. ET

A&M is 2-0 and deserves its ranking, but wow, the defense is not what we’re used to seeing in College Station. The Aggies’ offense has looked great.
But the D gave up 24 to UTSA in a win and 22 to Utah State. Notre Dame will score in this game, and the Irish defense is a good unit. A&M suffers a big-time loss.
