Benoit Saint-Denis vs. Kyle Prepolec

Saint-Denis was supposed to fight a much tougher opponent. In fact, the opening line made Benoit the dog. Kyle Prepolec is taking this bout on short notice, which is one of the reasons Saint-Denis is a massive chalk.

Prepolec has won 3 straight. But he’s been fighting at Prospect Fighting Championships. Benoit has a legit UFC record. There’s no reason to believe Prepolec lasts more than a round or two. So, look for a KO prop on the favorite before betting the moneyline.

Alexa Grasso vs. Natalia Silva

Money continues to flow into Silva. Natalia went from a -235 opening line fave to a -250. It makes sense.

There’s nothing wrong with Grasso’s game. The underdog has a win, a loss, and a draw in her last 3, all versus Valentina Schevchenko in championship bouts. But the loss came in Grasso’s previous fight, and on Saturday, she takes on a scorching Natalia Silva. The favorite hasn’t lost since 2017. Silva builds on her 12-match winning streak.

Jose Aldo vs. Aiemann Zahabi

Underdog Aimann Zahabi will look for his sixth straight win on Saturday night. Three of Zahabi’s previous five victories came via decision, while he knocked out two opponents for the other wins.

Winning a sixth straight could be difficult. Zahabi takes an active role in Jose Aldo. The ageless Aldo has lost 2-of-3. No doubt, though, the losses were against much more formidable foes than Zahabi. Also, both defeats came via decision. This one could go far, so be careful about placing a knockout or submission prop bet. Moneyline-wise, Aldo should win.

Valentina Schevchenko vs. Manon Fiorot // UFC Women’s Flyweight Championship

It’s rare to see a UFC Champion as the underdog in a title fight. That’s what we have here with Valentina Schevchenko. The dog is ready to hand Manon Fiorot a second loss. However, that may not be in Schevchenko’s cards.

Fiorot has won every bout since her first, a 2018 loss to Leigh McCourt in a Cage Warriors match. Since then, Manon has dominated opponents, scoring 12 straight wins. She’s ready to put on the belt, is flexible, has a decent ground game, excellent stand-up, and will work for a decision if required. Give Fiorot the nod.

Belal Muhammad vs. Jack Della Maddalena // UFC Welterweight Championship

The odds drop on Della Maddalen are significant enough for us to look deeply into it. At first glance, the +155 on Maddalena makes sense. JDM has won 17 straight and is undefeated at UFC.

Maddalena has knockout power and a decent ground game with his stand-up. He can take a punch for sure. But he won 2-of-3 via split decision, and neither win came against a fighter on Muhammad’s level. The champ beat Leon Edwards by unanimously deciding to grab the belt. Belal isn’t letting the hardware slip from his grasp in his first title defense. The titlist gets it done.
