Why Bet on the North Carolina Tar Heels?

No team has impressed more during this tournament than the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Heels dominated Marquette, knocked out 1-seed Baylor, beat UCLA, and then spanked Saint Peter’s. North Carolina can lean on forward Armando Bacot or their incredible backcourt of R.J. Davis and Caleb Love. UNC has forced teams to adjust to them during this tournament. Also, the Heels beat the Blue Devils this season.

Why Bet on the Duke Blue Devils?

Since losing to Virginia Tech in the ACC Tournament final, the Duke Blue Devils have blossomed into one of the best teams in the nation. The victory over CSU Fullerton didn’t impress that much. But Duke covered in wins agianst Michigan State, Texas Tech, and Gonzaga killer Arkansas. The Blue Devils have picked it up on the defensive end. So now Duke has a lock down defense to go along with their incredible offense. Coach K’s team also knows how beat Carolina.

North Carolina vs. Duke Expert Betting Predictions

North Carolina and Duke have played 257 times before, but they’ve never faced each other in the NCAA Tournament. The fact they’re facing each other for the first time in the Big Dance for a chance to go to the National Championship is perfect.

Duke turned the switch in the victory against Michigan State. The Duke squad that’s going to show up on Saturday is much better than the team that played CSU Fullerton a couple of weeks ago. This Duke team is on fire. Still, as good as Duke has played, North Carolina straight up is the bet. Duke is leaning on freshman Paolo Banchero. The freshman is great for sure, but he’s going to have a lot of trouble stopping Armando Bacot.

The forward dominated Baylor and UCLA. Not only that, but R.J. Davis and Caleb Love should beat Duke’s guards off the dribble and Brady Manek has the range to force Banchero or Duke center Mark Williams from the paint. Duke won the first head-to-head this season 87-67. UNC exacted their revenge in the second contest 94-81.

Both teams are better than they were in that game. But North Carolina has more going for it. Bacot, Davis, and Love lead the North Carolina Tar Heels to the National Championship game.
