Why Bet on the Nashville Predators?

Nashville didn’t start off on the right foot. For starters, they didn’t have Eeli Tolvanen and Dante Fabbro in the lineup could have affected the power in the offensive line. Both had recent injuries so it’s understandable that they wouldn’t be back so soon, but there was hopes they would have been part of Game 1. The teams is waiting for them to 100%, which should be any day now.

Though those two players not there, they still have a couple of players that can prevent another lose. First off, Filip Forsberg, who’s a clutch performer with 27 goals in 66 postseason contest and was able to get a goal in Game 1. Goaltender Juuse Saros is one of the top upcoming players in the league. He ended the regular season with a .927 save percentage. The young Finnish star is making a name for a himself and could stop the Canes from taking the win tonight.

Why Bet on the Carolina Hurricanes?

Carolina has been quite dominant this campaign. It was a tough battle to win the Central Division, with teams like the Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning within it, but in the end took the division and a better spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Their offense is one to thank for this, creating great chances to score, which they did against Nashville. They has a 3.72 expected goal score percentage in Game 1.

One of their players to watch is goalkeeper Alex Nedeljkovic, who was able to stop 22 of 24 shots he received in the previous game. He also posted .932 saving percentage during the regular season. He can act under pressure will probably the most important factor for the Hurricanes to maintain themselves in the Playoffs.

Predators vs. Hurricanes Expert Betting Predictions

Nashville brought a lot to the table in Game 1. They were managing to hold on to a tie for a while, before everything went downhill with the rest of goals from Carolina. It’s going to be interesting to see what they’ll do to get on the series scoreboard.

For the Canes, if they get another win, it will boost the chances to win the Stanley Cup, especially since they are one of the top favorites. If they keep dominating in 5 on 5 and stop the Predators in the power play opportunities, then Game 2 should be a breeze for them. Let’s see what tonight unfolds.
