Spain vs. Germany
- When: Friday, July 5th. 12pm ET.
Spain and Germany got the toughest draw. The Germans, the host nation, have been nothing short of brilliant during the 2024 Euro Tournament, blasting Scotland 5-1, destroying Hungary 2-0, and then blasting Denmark 2-0 in their Round of 16 victory.

Nico Williams, Spain’s starting forward along with Yamal, is just 21. The midfield is ridiculously deep with Pedri, Rodri, and Fabian Ruiz. In fact, Spain’s midfield is the reason to back the Spanish to get it done against the host nation. Spain notches their ticket to the semis with a 1-0 victory.

France vs. Portugal

Sometimes we must take a shot on an odds play. The difference in payout odds between France and Portugal makes Ronaldo’s side the team to back. Even if Ronaldo has a bad match, Bruno Fernandes will ensure Portugal remains in the match throughout.
Almost as important? Kylian Mbappe has yet to have a decent game. Mbappe suffered a broken nose in France’s first match, a 1-0 victory over Austria. Since then, France has skated by, drawing versus the Netherlands and Poland and beating Belgium 1-0 in the Round of 16.Portugal required penalty kicks to get by Slovenia. A deep dive into the match, though, shows that the Portuguese dominated and were unlucky to finish the match 0-0. Portugal steps it up and is a big time overlay at +230 to win this in regulation.

England vs. Switzerland

England versus Switzerland should be a decent match. Neither team has impressed much during the tournament although, if push comes to shove, the Swiss have looked much better on the pitch than England has.
Jude Bellingham has been fantastic. He’s the reason the English got by Slovakia 2-1 in the Round of 16. A 1-1 draw against Denmark and a 0-0 draw versus Slovenia almost had the English bowing out of the tournament before the knockout stage.
The Swiss were fantastic in a 2-0 victory over defending Euro champs Italy in their knockout stage victory. Switzerland also drew 1-1 against Germany. The Swiss will play a conservative match.
Since the English have been so-so in attack during the Euros, it stands to reason that England versus Switzerland will be a 0-0 snorer that projects to go into extra time and possibly even penalty kicks. The draw is the play.

Netherlands vs. Türkiye
- When: Sunday, July 7th. 3pm ET.
Türkiye played great in a 1-0 win over hot Austria in their last. Austria beat the Netherlands during group play. So the Turks should stand toe to toe with the Dutch, right?
Not so fast. In the 3-0 win over Romania, Cody Gakpo and Xavi Simons, two of the best young players on the Dutch side, dominated. Granted, Romania isn’t as good of a team as Türkiye, but the Dutch took a forward step in the win against the Romanians.
Simons and Gakpo should have a stellar match. The Orange are loaded with talented young players in addition to Gakpo and Simons. So we should expect a fairly easy victory for the Dutch.
