Customers are allowed to subscribe to only one reward at a time.
Once a customer selects a Reward Program they must remain enrolled in that program for a minimum of 90 days. To switch to a different reward plan, contact our Customer Support team to evaluate your eligibility for the change.
By enrolling to or accepting any of our available rewards, you agree to the terms of the reward(s).
We reserve the right to change, limit, restrict, or remove a reward and/or promotion at any time without prior notification. Previous incentives/bonus credits or benefits will not be affected by any actions enforced afterward.
Rewards and promotions are exclusively for customers who register losses in their account. We reserve the right to restrict customers from receiving any incentive when recording winnings during a promotional period or if we deem the customers’ actions and performance do not warrant granting a reward.
Should we discover any schemes or customers opening multiple accounts with the objective of abusing our incentives, all benefits will be immediately removed from the account(s). Engaging in these actions may result in service fees of up to 5% of the balance and even the cancellation of the membership to the website.
Generally, customers may opt to receive any of the special promotions regardless of their reward plan. However, if you are not eligible to receive a bonus from your reward plan, you will also not be eligible to receive any special promotion.
All promotional offerings and policies are solely at the discretion of Nitrobetting.eu and are subject to annulment or alteration without warning or prior notice. Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offering (or all of them) at any given time. All bonus and promotion rules specified in this section will supplant any verbal or written offering by any Nitrobetting employee.
By accepting any Reward Plan, Special Promotion, Free Play, Free Rounds, Rebate or Cashback, you are confirming that you acknowledge and agree to all rules, policies, terms and conditions, and restrictions outlined by Nitrobetting.eu
The Free Play bonus is available immediately and is equal to a percentage of your deposit. You must contact Customer Support to have your Free Play applied to your account.
All new and existing customers are eligible for a Free Play if the Available and Pending Balances in their account are below $1. Any withdrawn funds must be redeposited to be eligible.
The minimum deposit to receive a Free Play is $50.
The Free Play can be used in the Sportsbook for straight wagers, only. Live bets, Casino, Poker and Racebook are excluded from the Free Play offer.
You may use the Free Play balance in one single wager or spread it across multiple wagers.
Winnings from Free Play wagers will be credited to your account balance and are subject to a rollover requirement before any payouts can be made.
The rollover is calculated based on the true amount of the wager, which is the lesser amount between the risk and the win for each selection.
The Rollover is based on the bonus amount. For rollover purposes, only straight wagers contribute towards the calculation. Teasers, Parlays, Live bets, Casino, Poker and Racebook, are excluded.
Once used, the Free Play balance is gone. If your wager is graded as a push, the Free Play will be lost.
Customers are allowed only one active promotion at a time. To qualify for another Free Play, both your Available and Free Play balances must be zero.
You must meet the complete rollover amount before withdrawing funds from your account.
The requirements are considered fully met when both the available balance and Free Play balance reach zero.
