Although the following rules have been created in order to protect both our players and Nitrobetting from abuse, we will always take a common-sense approach to dealing with any issues you may have. Account Security

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their Nitrobetting login credentials, following standard safeguard measures. Such measures include enabling 2-Factor Authentication, associating a valid recovery email to the account, and using reliable networks and private devices to access the account. Nitrobetting will not be held responsible for any ‘hacked’ accounts, compromised credentials or other issues resulting from account holders failing to properly safeguard their account information. Poor security login settings without 2FA and email or accessing the site via unreliable VPN, proxy, wireless, public networks or devices are behaviors for which Nitrobetting will not be held responsible and that may increase risk for users. Transactions confirmed via third parties shall stand in all instances. If players suspect their login credentials have been compromised they must contact Nitrobetting’s support team as soon as possible in order to proceed with security protocols and any other necessary preventive measures, including -but not limited to- blocking the user’s account. A player’s account information and/or login credentials may not be shared with third parties.

Contact Information

Nitrobetting identifies and communicates with clients via the email address registered in their account. It is the player’s responsibility to maintain an active and unique email account and to ensure that this information is up-to-date. Each player is responsible for maintaining the security of their email account to prevent use by any third party. Nitrobetting is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from communications between Nitrobetting and the client using their registered email address. The player’s private information will be protected in compliance with our privacy policy.

Incorrect account balance

In the event that funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, the customer should notify Nitrobetting as soon as possible. Any bets made with these erroneous funds are subject to be cancelled. Nitrobetting reserves the right to recover any funds credited to a player’s account as a result of human error, system failure or bug.

Fraud

You will not make any transactions at Nitrobetting that are not in good faith, (regardless of whether or not it causes us harm) in an attempt to defraud the company. If Nitrobetting believes that any player has intentionally acted in bad faith or has engaged in fraudulent activity, Nitrobetting reserves the right to take any steps necessary. Nitrobetting also reserves the right to cancel any bet perceived to be placed in a fraudulent manner in order to circumvent our bet limits and/or system regulations. In the event that your account receives funds in error, Nitrobetting reserves the rights to recover these funds at any time

This includes, but is not limited to: multiple accounts created to circumvent our betting limits and multiple accounts created to take advantage of our affiliate program. Accounts created to defraud Nitrobetting, as decided in our sole discretion, run the risk of having the offending bet(s) cancelled from those accounts and/or those accounts permanently closed. In the event that your account receives funds in error and need to be recovered, Nitrobetting reserves the right to treat multiple accounts belonging to a single user as one when recovering funds.

Cancelling accounts

Although rare, Nitrobetting reserves the right to suspend or cancel a player account without prior notice and return all valid funds. Funds and/or winnings that are the result of invalid action, circumventing rules, or in any other way abusing the system, may be seized.

Self-exclusion

Players have the right to self-exclude from Nitrobetting at any time.

Legal issues

Players should determine whether the services of Nitrobetting are permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction. Gambling laws vary throughout the world, and it is the responsibility of players to ensure that they understand and fully comply with any rules or legislation relevant to their own country or state.

Bot Activity

Winnings from accounts that are accessed by robots will not be honored. Any device, script, program, robot, etc. that is used to access the website to ‘scrape lines,’ place wagers, or engage in any other automated activity will be viewed as a violation of the terms and conditions of Nitrobetting. This will result in the immediate closure of the account and the seizure of any winnings and account balances.

Masking Services

Nitrobetting reserves the right to deny its service to players from countries or regions where sports betting or cryptocurrency activities are deemed illegal. Therefore, the use of obfuscation methods such as IP masking or proxies is not permitted. The use of such techniques can result in the forfeiture of any winnings and account balances.

Multiple Payers

Unavoidable circumstances such as multiple players sharing a single residence or device will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by management. Only one player allowed per account. The account holder must be the only one to place bets, request payments, make deposits, etc. Nitrobetting may also suspend wagering if the account is suspected to have multiple players.

Account(s) will be suspended, any pending bets voided and all illicit funds collected. Fraudulent activity includes but is not limited to: using unfair external factors, unfair advantages, duplicate account(s), collusion, syndicate betting, chip dumping, soft-playing, bonus abuse, unconfirmed deposits, past-post betting, betting on bad lines, fraudulent rake-back activity, self-affiliation, exploitation of errors or bugs, and other instances not explicitly mentioned in this rule.

Follow the Rules!

By opening an account, players enter into an agreement with Nitrobetting to abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein. These are subject to change, and as such, we recommend that each player periodically review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates.

No Rule

In the case where no listed rule can be applied, or no rule makes sense in a given situation (unique or undefined), Nitrobetting reserves the right to apply their sole judgement on how to handle such instances. Judgements in these cases will be handled consistently across all users/accounts.

Disclaimer

All promotional offerings and policies are solely at the discretion of Nitrobetting and are subject to annulment or alteration without warning or prior notice. Nitrobetting reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offering (or all of them) at any given time. All bonus and promotion rules specified in this section will supplant any verbal or written offering by any Nitrobetting employee.

Promotions are designed for players who are looking to continue their play and membership at Nitrobetting. Nitrobetting reserves the right to limit or even block players or player groups that are suspected to abuse the promotions or that have a previous record of engaging in abuse or fraudulent behavior with regards to the promotions. Any winnings obtained from such abuse will be voided and/or withheld by the company.

Unless stated otherwise, most promotions can only be used once per player, e-mail address, household address or IP address. Nitrobetting reserves the right to enforce or implement further limits to accounts that have violated this rule, including shared computers like in university campuses, public libraries and workplace, etc.

Promotional Funds

Any funds added to your account via free rolls, contests and bonuses carry a mandatory 3X rollover unless otherwise noted. In order to request a withdrawal of any winnings from promotions or bonuses, all players are required to have a deposit history of at least 0.005 BTC and provide significant action (one-time rollover on deposit funds). Promotional funds are non-transferrable.

Nitrobetting reserves the right to refute or retract bonuses, rewards and other promotions at any time to any player, regardless of circumstance. Players deemed as ‘bonus abusers’ will not be eligible for additional bonuses, rewards, special promos, poker tournament bonuses, etc.

Players using masking services to participate in contests, tournaments and games that they would have otherwise not been able to take part in will be considered to have breached this Rule. As a result, Nitrobetting reserves the right to withhold or cancel all deposits and/or winnings for the player in question.

Multiple Accounts

A player who opens multiple accounts for the purpose of receiving multiple bonuses is in violation of these bonus policies. If a player engages in this activity, all accounts will be subject to immediate closure. In the event that a player is found to be controlling multiple accounts, circumventing limits, abusing the system or in any way breaking site rules, all promotional bonuses, credits and winnings will be void and subtracted from the account.

Account Closure

In cases of account closure (due to multiple accounts, circumventing limits, abusing the system, fraudulent activity or in any way breaking site rules) any contest entries or fees paid on promotions will be nonrefundable.

What is rollover?

A turnover is the total action requirement needed in order to release a cash bonus to the account balance. Bonuses released to the account are real BTC, unrestricted. The turnover requirements will partly be dictated by where a player got their bonus. Each of these bonuses are subject to turnover requirements.

Restrictions

Bonus funds awarded from promotions and contests may be restricted from certain betting platforms, unless otherwise noted.

It is prohibited for any 3rd party to send funds to a user’s unique deposit address. Users are also instructed to never provide other Nitrobetting users with their deposit addresses, neither publicly, via our online chat nor privately. Any unconfirmed deposits will be subject to an investigation by Nitrobetting. Nitrobetting reserves the right to void all bets on the account made after an unconfirmed or “fraudulent” deposit.
Any deposit made into your account carries a one-time rollover before any funds can be withdrawn.

Nitrobetting reserves the right to require confirmation of user deposits before bets can be placed on the Sportsbook with those funds. Confirmations are a function of the network alone and cannot be influenced in any manner by Nitrobetting staff.

Deposit and withdrawal fees

There is no internal fee to deposit to an account at Nitrobetting. Nitrobetting will charge a processing fee on payouts. Details regarding the current processing fee will be posted and updated on the cashier. Please review once you are submitting a request. Any account found to be in circumvention of site rules and terms of service may be subject to suspension and/or closure. Nitrobetting reserves the right to apply extra processing fees to any withdrawal of funds if an account is not in compliance with our rules, fair play or valid action requirements.

Account Withdrawals

Users are entirely responsible for ensuring that they enter the correct details of any withdrawal request. This includes both the intended withdrawal address and the withdrawal amount. After a deposit, significant action (one-time rollover) is required in order to proceed with withdrawals. All users are required to make a first-time deposit and provide significant action (one-time rollover on funds) before being able to withdraw any winnings from free rolls, contests, and free bets. Accounts that fail to provide significant action on any given deposit may be subject to an internal processing fee (5% of the original deposit amount). While withdrawals are processed as quickly as possible, Nitrobetting reserves the right to manually review and cancel any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount for all accounts is 5 mBTC (0.005 BTC) and 0.25mBTC for Litecoin. Keep in mind that a 0.25 mBTC fee is required for all BTC withdraws. A valid recovery email address may be required in order to process a withdrawal.

Payment Information

Both your deposit address and any BTC address used to withdraw must be your own personal wallet address. Clients may not share their address information with other clients or 3rd parties. Clients that wish to send funds to a 3rd party or to another Nitrobetting user, or that wish to receive funds, cannot do so using our internal deposit nor withdrawals process. Sharing cryptocurrency addresses is prohibited and, if identified, your account will undergo a full fraud and security review. Nitrobetting reserves the right to block, close or restrict any and all accounts that have been identified as sharing addresses.

Minimum Action

Users hereby agree that all deposits will be initiated with the sole intention of providing action on any of our services (sportsbook, casino and/or poker). Therefore, all deposits carry a one-time (1X) rollover requirement before users can withdraw (full or partial deposit amount). Funds that do no complete minimum action cannot be withdrawn.

External Services

Withdraws are sent from an address that you do not have control over and that is DIFFERENT than your deposit address. Do not withdraw from Nitrobetting to services that expect coins to be sent back to the same address. Any withdraw may be subject to a manual review. Due to this, never use your Nitrobetting account as a ‘sending service’ or to send to a service/website that requires time-sensitive deposits. Nitrobetting is not responsible for any withdraws that interact with other services. Players hereby agree to withdraw to their personal wallet only.

High Risk Accounts

For security purposes, clients are required to have a valid email. Temporary or disposable emails are deemed high risk and a regular email will be require in order to process withdrawals or use the site. Users may decide if they want to active 2FA as an extra security layer for their account. All rules, regulations, and payouts listed are subject to change and revision without prior notice by Nitrobetting management.

Although the following rules have been created in order to protect both our players and Nitrobetting from abuse, we will always take a common-sense approach to dealing with any issues you may have. To learn more about any of the rules listed below, please feel free to contact us at [email protected].

Minimum bets are determined by league and sport, although, the minimum accepted by our system is 0.05 mBTC.

The maximum bet varies from event to event. Generally, the maximum bet amount will increase the closer we get to game time. Also, please remember that overnight limits may be lower than what is allowed during the day. Your may always click on MAX BET option on the bet slip in order to confirm what the limit is. This feature is dynamic and will display the maximum allowed taking into account any bet(s) you already have on said event.

If you would like your limits increased please email us at [email protected].

If you have concerns about a delay in grading please initiate a Live Chat with our Customer Support Team or email us at [email protected].

Once a bet has been accepted it cannot be changed, modified or cancelled. Please remember that all bets have a 2-step verification process: choose your bet and then place the bet. If you made a mistake while placing a bet you may consider placing an equivalent bet on the other side of the wager to negate the outcome.

If limits before start time are still not as high as you would like, please initiate a Live Chat with our Customer Support Team or email us at [email protected] at least 2 hours before game time.

Although we have the rules below to protect Nitrobetting.eu and our customers from abuse, we will always take a common-sense approach to dealing with any issues you have. Please feel free to contact us to discuss or learn more about any of the rules below.

Age Restrictions

No one under the age of 18 is allowed to make a bet.

Incorrect Account Balance

In the event that funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, the customer should notify Nitrobetting Customer Service as soon as possible. Any bets made with these erroneous funds are subject to be cancelled.

Placing Bets

Members are responsible for their own account transactions. Please be sure to review your bets for any mistakes prior to pressing the Place Bet button. Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed. Nitrobetting does not take responsibility for any missing or duplicate bets. Clients may review their sportsbook bets on the “History” page after each bet, to ensure that all confirmed wagers were accepted. If a technical issue affected your account or bet, you should take screenshots of the issue whenever possible and contact our Support team right away. Issues reported only after the bet has been graded will not be accepted nor investigated.

Disputes

Disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the bet in question has been graded. No claims will be honored after this period. In case the site identifies bets that need to be corrected, balances will only be adjusted if said correction is done within seven (7) days of the original result. If a grading mistake is identified after this 7-day period, status corrections will be done in order to reflect the correct and official result but no adjustment of funds will be done.

Obviously “Bad” Lines or Odds

Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to cancel any bet that was made on an incorrect line, incorrect odds, invalid matchup or any bet where it has been confirmed a technical or human error has affected said bet.

Bets Made After the Event Has Started and Revealed Outcomes

Although we will try our best to prevent the listing of any started event, Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to cancel any bet that was made after the event started. This also includes the scenario in which results have been revealed before the start of the event. This rule does not constitute an opportunity to ‘freeroll’ the sportsbook. Bets made a few seconds into a match in which no significant events have taken place (e.g. the first seconds of an eSports StarCraft match) does not give cause for bets to be cancelled. All judgment is at the sole discretion of Nitrobetting.eu. A player will never benefit by betting a started match with the intention of referencing this rule when it loses.

Grading Bets

Bets are graded only after the event is final. In case of problems with an event’s results (conflicting information, missing sources, etc.) Nitrogen reserves the right to keep bets pending while an investigation is completed (up to but no more than 48 hrs. from the event’s official starting time).

Overturned and Protested Decisions

The winner of an event will be determined on the date of the events conclusion. Nitrobetting.eu does not recognize any “overturned” or “protested” decisions.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts on all events will be determined by Nitrobetting BTC Sportsbook and are subject to change without prior written notice. We also reserve the right to adjust the limits on individual accounts. The maximum payout for a single ticket will be determined by each line’s limit. For parlays, the maximum payout on a ticket is $150,000 or its equivalent in BTC. Duplicate parlays or those found to be circumventing limits will be voided.

Betting on Ties

In some games where a draw (or tie) price is offered (for example, most soccer games), if the event results in a tie only the bettors that bet the draw will be paid as winners. Those who wagered on either participant to win will lose their bet.

Wrong Sport or League

Bets placed on an event listed under the wrong league and/or sport will have action. As long as the two participants are correct, all bets will still stand.

Date of Events

If an event is not played on the same date as announced by the governing body, then all wagers on the event will becancelled. If an event is posted by Nitrobetting.eu with an incorrect date, all bets will stand based on the official date announced by the governing body.

Dead Heat Rules

In the case of ties for multi-outcome props, dead heat rules will apply.

Grading Multi-Selection Bets without a Field Option

In the cases where Multi-Selection style odds do not feature a “Field” or “Any Other” option and none of the available options can be considered as the winner upon the end of the event, all involved bets will be graded as a loss.

Special games and events

Non-regulation games, exhibition games or any other special type of game will have action regardless of shortened game time or unusual formats, as long as official results are available. This rule overwrites any sport and/or league-specific rule.

Sport Specific Rules

If a sport specific rule contradicts a general rule, then the general rule will not apply, except in regards to the rule above “Special games and events”

Changes to Rules

All rules and regulations are subject to changes and revisions by Nitrobetting.eu without prior written notice.

No Rule

In the case where no listed rule can be applied, or no rule makes sense in a given situation, (unique or undefined situation) Nitrobetting BTC Sportsbook reserves the right to apply their sole judgement on how to handle such situation. All judgements in this case will be handled consistently across all users/accounts.

Ready to take your sports betting game to the next level? Nitrobetting offers a unique way to boost your potential winnings with Reduced Juice. This feature allows you to wager with a significantly reduced house edge, giving you a better chance to come out on top.

Forget about risking more than you stand to gain. With Nitrobetting’s Reduced Juice, you can wager less and win more. By cutting the juice in half, you can save money on every bet

How Does Reduced Juice Work?

Typically, sportsbooks charge a fee, known as “juice,” on every wager. This means you have to risk more than you stand to win. With Nitrobetting’ Reduced Juice, you risk less and win more.

For example, instead of risking $110 to win $100, you only need to risk $105. This 50% reduction in juice can add up to substantial savings, especially for frequent bettors.

Reduced Juice Leagues and Wagering Limits

You can enjoy reduced juice on a variety of sports, including football, basketball, baseball, hockey, and more.

Reduced Juice is available for straight bets only and is usually posted on the day of the game. You can’t use it for parlays or teasers.

The minimum bet for Reduced Juice is $1, and the maximum is $500.

Finding Reduced Juice Lines

To take advantage of Reduced Juice, simply log into your Nitrobetting account, navigate to the Sportsbook section, and select the sport of your choice, Look for the “Less Juice” option to view the available lines.

By choosing Nitrobetting and utilizing the Reduced Juice Package, you can maximize your winnings and minimize your losses.

Number of Teams

You may select up to 15 teams in a parlay.

Limits

The parlay leg with the lowest limit will define the limit for the entire parlay.

Restrictions

Nitrobetting BTC Sportsbook may exclude any event, league or sport from being able to be parlayed at any time. The maximum payout in one calendar day for any parlay is $150,000 or its equivalent in BTC.

Pushes and Cancellations

If one or more legs of a parlay are pushed or cancelled, the parlay odds are recalculated (reduced) based on the remaining legs that have action. Therefore, a push or cancellation in a two-team parlay is paid as a straight bet on the remaining leg using the original risk amount to calculate the win amount.

Correlated Parlays

Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to cancel any parlays that it finds correlated. Correlated parlays are invalid parlays that attempt to select two legs such that if one bet wins, it increases the odds of the other bet winning. Examples of correlated parlays include selecting a team to win both the first half and the full game. Another example would be an eSports player to win a map as well as their team to win the whole match.

Invalid Parlays

In the event that a player is able to create an obviously invalid parlay as determined solely by management, Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to cancel the parlay. An example of an invalid Parlay would be adding the same outcome to the betslip twice.

Circumventing Limits

You may not use parlay wagers to increase your exposure to single game outcomes more than is allowed via a maximum straight bet. Redundant parlay wagers made with the intention of circumventing single game betting limits will be canceled. Redundant parlays made to circumvent the maximum payout limits will be canceled as well.

General Rules

There are two types of teasers: regular and special. Teasers will only accept NBA/NCAA basketball and NFL/NCAA football lines (main point spreads and main totals).

Regular Teasers

If any leg of a teaser results in a loss, the teaser will be graded as a loss. In addition, no action in any teaser will result in no action for the entire teaser and the risk will be refunded. On a regular teaser, a tie is a push (all other legs must be wins). Regular teaser options: (a) 2 Teams – 4, 4.5 and 5 points basketball and 6, 6.5 and 7 pts football. (b) 3 teams – 4, 4.5 and 5 points basketball and 6, 6.5 and 7 pts football. (c) 4 teams – 4, 4.5 and 5 points basketball and 6, 6.5 and 7 pts football.

Special Teasers

If any leg of a teaser results in a loss, the teaser will be graded as a loss. In addition, no action in one leg of any teaser, will result in no action for the entire teaser and the risk will be refunded. On a special teaser, a tie is a loss. Special teaser options: (a) 3 teams – 7 points basketball and 10 pts football. (b) 4 teams – 13 pts football.

General Rules

All Live Betting lines are for the complete game score, unless otherwise specified. NHL, NBA and NFL Live betting markets include overtime (OT). Live soccer is 90 minutes regulation time only.

Offering

Lines are offered at the discretion of Nitrobetting. Nitrobetting does not guarantee lines at any point in the game. Live Betting lines are offered for nationally televised games on selected sports.

Score Board

Live Betting information (such as time of game and score) is intended to be used as a guide and Nitrobetting.eu will not assume any form of liability in the event that any Live In-Play information is incorrect.

Bet Delays

For the purposes of security and to allow the trading team to closely monitor odds to avoid past-post bets due to transmission delays, bets placed on Live Betting events are automatically delayed. Players may experience a delay of 15 seconds or more (plus any additional network delays) depending on the sport and the event location.

Past-Post

If it is established that players were able to place bets after the outcome of an event is known or after a participant or team has gained a material advantage, all open and settled bets affected will be cancelled.

Line Errors

Nitrobetting Sportsbook will use its best effort to ensure that lines and odds are not offered incorrectly or after the conclusion of an event. However, Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to cancel Live Betting wagers placed when the outcome of said wagers is already known, or when the lines and odds have not updated appropriately given a change in the event. Wagers will be canceled at the sole discretion of upper management, and any such adjustments will be made consistently across all affected player accounts.

Mistake Lines

In the event where an obvious error has been identified, all bets related to the error will be cancelled. In the event that the format of a match differs from implied information, Nitrobetting BTC Sportsbook reserves the right to void all wagers.

Grading

If a market’s outcome cannot be verified officially, Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to delay settlement until an official result is confirmed. If an incorrect settlement occurs, Nitrobetting reserves the right to correct it at any time. In the event of an irregular or incomplete match (incl. disqualification, interruption, withdrawal, premature cancellation, etc.), all undecided markets are considered void.

Placement of Wagers

All wagers are final once confirmed by the player on the confirmation screen and/or window.

Specificity of Rules

In the event that a conflict between a general rule and a rule in the sport-specific rules section occurs, the rule written in the sport-specific rules section will prevail.

Timing of Settlement

Unless otherwise stated, wagers are settled as soon as an approved results source determines the correct outcome. Wagers for a specific period, half, quarter, or inning will be settled as soon as the score for that period/half/quarter/inning is available on Nitrobetting.eu’s results feed. On-the-moment statistical results determine wager grading.

Statistical adjustments made after the fact will not necessarily affect previously settled wagers. In the event that our results feed provides pertinent data at the conclusion of a match, all wagers will be settled once said match is finished. Wagers placed on game lines, or offers that affect the game as a whole will be settled once the match is finished.

Settlement of Markets Not Contained on Results and Statistics Feeds

If Nitrobetting.eu’s results feed does not contain certain scores or statistics needed to grade a wager, then that wager will be graded manually using the highest standard results data available to our Bitcoin sportsbook (eg. official league/event/team website, official press release or other vetted announcements). Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to use independent evidence to ascertain results.

Minimum Number of Innings, Quarters, Rounds, Quarters, Periods, Etc.

Unless otherwise noted, a match must complete the scheduled or regulation number of quarters, periods, innings, rounds, overs (cricket), etc. in order to validate a wager (see: action). Wagers not meeting this requirement will be graded within an assumption of ‘no action’.

Overtime, 4th Quarter and 2nd Half

4th quarter wagers and 2nd half wagers do include overtime.

Asian Handicap

All bets on the Asian Handicap LIVE market are settled according to the score-line for the remainder of the game/half after the bet has been placed. Therefore, any goals prior to the bet being placed are ignored for grading purposes. Bets placed on the spread will need to cover said spread based on the total points scored after the bet is placed. All Asian handicap lines will display the games current score indicating what score will be used (ignored) in order to grade spreads. Example: If player bets on TeamA -0.5 when the score is at TeamA 1 and TeamB 0, market will show “(1-0)”. The final score will need to be TeamA 3 and TeamB 1 in order for the bet to be a winner (graded as A 2 – B 1). If score is TeamA 2 and TeamB 1, bet will be a loss (graded as A 1 – B 1). If final score is TeamA 2 and TeamB 0, bet on the spread will be a win (graded as A 1 – B 0). In the case of Asian LIVE totals, the full final score of the match will be taken into account for grading purposes.

No Rule

In circumstances where none of the above rules apply or if no rule can be reasonably established within a unique or undefined situation, Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to remedy a result using its exclusive judgement. Said judgments will be objectively applied across all affected accounts.

General Rules

For betting purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score (including overtime, if applicable). If the event has a final result of a draw (tie), moneyline wagers will be graded as a push.

Game Time

All Aussie Rules matches must go at least 80 minutes to be valid. Pre-season matches that are scheduled to play less time are an exception.

Postponed Games

If an Aussie Rules match is postponed for more than 48 hours from its original starting time, all bets on the match will be cancelled and monies will be refunded to your account.

Head to Head Matchups

In the event of a match starting but not being completed for any reason, all wagers on the outcome of the match will be void. If any player withdraws from either a singles, doubles or mixed doubles match before it is finished, the bets will be refunded, regardless of the point in the match the players resign.

Set Betting

If a Badminton match is not completed due to player retirement or disqualification, all Set wagers will be considered void. Such wagers will be canceled and monies refunded. Set Winner: This wager refers to the winner of a specific set in a match. The respective set must be completed for bets to stand.

Team Matchups

All wagers stand on the results of a team match, even if one or more individual matches are settled by walk over decisions due to resignation of players. If a player is changed in a singles or a doubles match, the bets on this individual match will be cancelled and monies refunded. All bets on the outcome of a team match will, however, not be affected by any player substitutions or changes in the team line ups.

Mistake Lines

In the event where an obvious error has been identified, all bets related to the error will be cancelled. In the event that the format of a match differs from implied information, Nitrobetting BTC Sportsbook reserves the right to void all wagers.

Delays and Suspended Games

If a Badminton match is completed, all bets stand as written. Any delay in the start of a match will not affect the standing of wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed. In the event that a Badminton match is shortened by tournament officials, the leader at the time of stoppage shall be declared the winner.

Official Results

Unless stated otherwise, all bets are for regulation time only and do not include overtime. For tournaments wagers can be made taking into account outcomes at the end of regulation time, eg. To Win in Overtime, then penalty shootouts count.

Game Time

If the length of a match is changed for any reason from 2 x 45 minutes to 3 x 30 minutes then all wagers stand except all bets that refer to either the first or the second half.

Change of Venue

If the venue of a match is changed, all bets stand.

Suspended and Postponed Games

If a match is suspended or postponed, and does not resume within 48 hours, bets on the match will be cancelled and monies will be refunded.

Official Game Result

Over/Under and Spread Wagers When betting on total runs (over/under) or the spread the game must go 9 innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead) to be valid. If a game is canceled or suspended before 9 innings (or 8.5 if the home team is ahead), all bets are NO ACTION. If a game is canceled or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the (latest partial) inning, in which case the score is determined at the time the game is called.

Official Game Result

Money line wagers The result of the game is official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4.5 innings. If a game is called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team scores to tie, or take the lead in the bottom half of the (latest partial) inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. Bets will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is suspended. Official game results are inclusive of all action to occur in an extra inning or innings unless otherwise stated on a specific event, line or betslip.

Live betting

All bets are action regardless of pitching changes. Extra innings count, unless stated otherwise.

Money Line – Subject to 4½ innings rule.

Run Line/Alternative Handicap – Subject to 8½ innings rule.

Game Totals/Alternative Totals – Subject to 8 ½ innings rule EXCEPT where the game total has already gone over.

5 Innings Money Line – Bets will be settled on the result after the first 5 innings of a game have been completed, unless the team batting second is already ahead at the middle of the 5th inning, or scores to go ahead in that inning, in which case the team batting second will be settled as the winner.

Suspended Playoff Game

In the case of a suspended playoff game that will be resumed in a span of 96 hours after its suspension, all bets are valid and will be graded after the completion of the game. If the game is not completed with the 96 hours following the time of the suspension, then all bets are canceled.

Pitching Changes

For customers wagering on Major League Baseball Money Lines, they can choose from one of three options:

  • Action: Customer does not specify if either of the scheduled pitchers must start and their wager on a particular side will remain valid regardless of any changes in the starting pitcher for either team. However, in the event of a pitching change prior to the game, the money price on your wager may be adjusted and your bet may change.
  • Specified Pitcher: Customer has the option of specifying whether their own pitcher or that of the opposing team must start the game in order for the bet to be valid. Specified pitcher must throw the first pitch for their team or else the wager will be deemed no action and voided. In case of a pitching change on the opposite team, the price will be adjusted according to the opening price of the actual starting pitchers.
  • Listed Pitchers: Both scheduled pitchers for the game must start for their respective teams. Any changes in the lineup will result in the wager being deemed no action and voided.

For wagering purposes, each team’s starting pitcher is defined as the pitcher that throws the initial pitch. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of any relevant pitcher changes.

Please remember that all Run Lines, Totals and Prop bets are always Listed Pitchers. In case of pitching changed, all bets will be NO ACTION and fund returned.

Postponed and Delayed Games

In the event of a delay, as long as the event is played on the scheduled day, all bets have action. If inclement weather (or similardelay) pushes the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, all bets have action. If the game is rescheduled, all bets are canceled. For suspended or canceled games (once the event has started), see Rule 1 and Rule 2.

Mercy Rule

In any case where a Mercy Rule is invoked, games will be considered to be complete. Games wagers on runlines, totals, team totals and money line will have action.

1st Half Betting

5 Innings Totals – Bets will be settled based on the score after 5 full innings.

5 Innings Line – Bets will be settled on the result after the first 5 innings of a game have been completed, unless the team batting second is already ahead (with any run line applied) at the middle of the 5th inning, or scores to go ahead (with any run line applied) in that inning, in which case the team batting second will be settled as the winner.

Grand Salami

All scheduled games must go at least 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is winning). If any scheduled game is canceled or stopped before the completion of 8.5 innings, all wagers on the Baseball Grand Salami will be canceled.

Quality Pitching

For betting purposes, Quality Pitching Prop refers to the total number of runs conceded after a specified number of innings.

Extra Clarification and Examples

The intention of rules #1 and #2 is that in the case where the away team scores some runs in extra innings, the home team should get their3 outs in the bottom of that inning to also score at least that many runs. So if say in the top of the 14th inning, the away team was to score 4 runs, then the only way any of those would count towards the ‘official score’ for grading purposes is if the home team was able to also have an opportunity to complete the bottom of the 14th with at least 4 runs or more, OR with 3 outs in the bottom of the 14th. So, to further illustrate this point, if the home team scored 2 runs and had2 outs and the game was called, the official score would NOT include this inning since the game was suspended without the 3rd out in the bottom of the 14th and without the home team scoring at least 4 runs.

4½ Innings Rule

Money Line & Money Line 3-Way – There must be at least 5 full innings of play unless the team batting second is leading after 4½ innings, for bets to stand. If the game is called, or suspended, after this point of the game is reached, then the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning (unless the team batting second scores to tie, or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning, in which case the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called).

8½ Innings Rule

Total and Run Line betting – The game must go at least 9 full innings (or 8½ innings if the team batting second is ahead) for bets to have action. However, in the event of a Mercy Rule being called, all bets will stand on the score at the time.

Maximum consecutive runs by either team

You have to predict what will be the maximum exact number of consecutive runs scored by any team.

Valid Games

NBA Games must go at least 43 minutes for bets to be valid. For all other basketball leagues, games must go at least 35 minutes.

NBA Regular Season Wins/Match-Ups

Teams must complete at least 80 regular season games for bets to have action unless the remaining games during the course of the season do not affect the result.

NBA In-Season Tournament

For the 2023-24 season, each team will uphold their standard 82-game regular-season schedule. This includes all 67 matches across both phases of the In-Season Tournament, with the exception of the Championship game, which will not affect regular-season standing.

Period Betting

If the entire game is not completed, bets on periods will be valid as long as the entire period is played.

Final Score

Winners and losers of basketball games are determined by the final score (including overtime), provided the game has gone the minimum time as specified above. If the game is suspended after the minimum time is played and not resumed the same day, then regardless of whether the game is completed at a later date, the score when the game was halted will determine the betting results.

Suspended Games

If play is suspended before the minimum time has been reached and not resumed the same day, all bets will be cancelled and all funds refunded.

Overtime

All bets on the game and the second half will include overtime scoring.

Fourth Quarter

Bets on the fourth quarter will not include overtime scoring.

Game Date and Venue

All events must be played on the scheduled date and at the scheduled site to be valid.

TBT League

Games are played in 9-minute quarters. Due to the adoption of the Elam Ending for all games, there is no overtime.

Olympic

Playing time: 4×10 minutes 5 minutes over-time (OT).

Olympic 3×3

The game is a single period of 10 minutes with sudden death at 21 points. The winner is the first team to score 21 or the team with the higher score at the end of the 10 minutes. A tie in regulation leads to an untimed overtime period. Whichever team scores two points wins the game. Note that if a game is tied at 20 at the end of regulation, reaching 21 does not end the game.

Scheduling

Matches must take place within 7 days of the originally scheduled date for bets to have action. Bets on matches contested outside of this time frame will have no action (be cancelled) and risked funds will be restored.

Official Action

Matches are official, for betting purposes, as soon as the first round has begun.

Technical Draw

A fight is a Technical Draw when a fight ends before an allotted number of rounds (usually due to an accidental head-butt or foul).

No Contests

In the case of a “no contest” decision bets will have no action, and risked funds will be restored.

Draws

Unless a draw option is offered to bettors, matches ending in a draw will result in a push for Moneyline bets on either participant and risked funds will be returned.

Number of Rounds

If the number of scheduled rounds is changed prior to a match, totals (Over/Under) will not have action. Moneyline bets on either participant will still have action.

Totals

For the purpose of betting, totals represent completed rounds. This means that for an over 7 bet to win, the 7th round must be completed, and the 8th begin. 0.5 is a half round, marked by the precise halfway point of a round to the second (ie. 1 minute, 30 seconds into a 3 minute round). This means that for an over 7.5 bet to win, the contest must last beyond 1 minute, 30 seconds (assuming 3 minute rounds) into the 8th round.

Official Decisions & Disputed Decisions

Results will be based on the official decision at ringside and are not considered official for betting purposes until they have been verified by officials. Later attempts and/or decisions to dispute or overturn the official result of a match will not be considered as grounds to alter the outcome of the event for betting purposes.

No Rule

Any issue not covered here will be decided by general site rules on betting. As per general site rule #26, “Nitrobetting.eu reserves the right to apply their sole judgement” in cases where no listed rule can be applied.

Official Result

For grading Football, winners and losers are determined by the final score (including overtime) as long as the game has gone at least 55 minutes.

Suspended Games

If a game is suspended or cancelled after 55 minutes and not resumed the same day, then regardless of whether or not the game is completed at a later date, the score when the game was first halted will determine the betting results.

Cancelled Games

If the game is suspended before the completion of 55 minutes and not resumed the same day, all bets on the game will be cancelled and all funds refunded. If part of the game has finished (1st Quarter, 1st Half, etc) those bets will be graded providing the entire period has finished.

Overtime

All bets on the game and all bets on the second half will include overtime scoring.

Fourth Quarter

Bets on the fourth quarter will not include overtime scoring.

Rescheduled Games

As long as the game is played on the scheduled day, all bets are valid. In addition, if inclement weather pushes the start time past midnight local time, but the game is still played, all bets are still valid. If the game is rescheduled, all bets are cancelled.

Draws

In the event of a draw as a final result – moneyline bets on either team will be graded as a push.

Futures & Season-Long Wagers

AFC/NFC Conference Championship winners are the teams that represent each conference in the Super Bowl.

Divisional winners will be graded based on the official results from the governing body.

Super Bowl winner, Conference Outright and Divisional Outright bets stand regardless of the length of the season and/or number of games played. If a winner is declared, bets will be graded accordingly.

Conference Wildcard winners are the 2 teams who qualify for the post-season via the NFL’s Wildcard selection. NFL regular season wins are based on teams completing all 17 regular season games, and for CFL all 18 regular season games, unless the remaining games during the course of the season do not affect the result.

NCAA Football Championship: All wagers are action regardless of shortened season, or any other unforeseen event. The winner is the team winning the National Championship, also known as the College Football Championship Game which is the final game in the series of the College Football Playoffs (CFP).

NCAA Football Conference Championships: If the conference has an official championship game, the winner of the championship game is deemed to have won that conference. In conferences not using a championship game, the winner is determined by the team with the best final conference record.

NCAAF Regular Season Wins are based on teams completing all 12 scheduled regular season games. Conference Championship & Bowl Games do not count towards regular season win total.

Futures will be graded at the end of the designated period.

Games & Player Props

For all Props involving statistical totals for a single game, the game must go official time for wagers to have action, unless the specific market outcome is already determined (unless stated otherwise.)

All regular players must take the field and play in the game for wagers to have action. (For NFL wagers, the official NFL.com Game Book will be used for Substitutions and Active Players.) Quarterbacks must start for action. Push Rules apply for player matchups.

All season props are based on regular season matches only. Players stats stand irrespective of any trades during the regular season. All bets are action regardless of number of games.

Overtime counts towards all game and player props unless otherwise stated.

Statistics provided on the day of the game by the official score(s) provider or the official website of the relevant competition or fixture will be used to settle wagers. Subsequent amendments do not affect settlement.

Where statistics from an official score(s) provider or official website are not available or there is significant evidence that the official score(s) provider or official website is incorrect, we will use independent evidence to support bet settlement.

In the absence of consistent, independent evidence or in the presence of significant conflicting evidence, bets will be settled based on our own statistics.

Touchdown / Field Goal Markets (including ‘Time of First’, ‘Longest Scored’, ‘Shortest Scored’, and ‘Team to Score Longest’): In the event of no score (via the specified method) bets will be void.

First Score Markets (including ‘Time of First’, ‘First Score Method’, and ‘Will There Be a Score in the First___ Minutes of the Game): All wagers will be considered official after the first score.; If one team scores and the game is cancelled or postponed afterwards, all wagers have action regardless. For ‘…Minutes’ props, specified minutes must be played. After a specified number of minutes have transpired, all bets are action.

First Score Method 6 Way: The participant ‘Any Other’ relates to any scoring method other than Touchdown or Field Goal. In the event of no score bets will be void.

Change of venue
In case a match is affected by a change of venue, bets already placed will be valid as long as the home team is still designated as such. Bets will be canceleld only if the home and away team are reversed.

Regulation Time

Unless otherwise stated, all bets for hockey are for regulation time only and not include overtime or penalty shootouts. If a line includes overtime it will be clearly stated on the betslip, please check your betslip carefully. Penalty shootouts are considered part of overtime.

NHL Regular Season Points/Match-Ups

Team must complete at least 80 regular season games for bets to have action unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

Suspended Games

Games must go a minimum of 55 minutes for bets to be valid. If a game is suspended before 55 minutes is completed all bets are cancelled and refunded.

Period Bets

For period bets (quarters and halves) the period must be completed for bets to be valid, otherwise the bets are cancelled and refunded.

Third Period Bets

Goals in overtime or the shootout do not count towards bets on the 3rd period.

Fight Schedule

Fights must take place within one week of the listed date of the fight or bets will be cancelled and refunded.

Venue Changes

Venue changes in the same country will not affect the status of pending bets. Venue changes to a different country will result in all bets being cancelled and refunded.

Moneyline Bets

If the number of rounds in a fight is changed, all bets on the moneyline will still be valid.

Official Results

A fight result may be revised or altered after initial presentation by the ring announcer. For betting purposes, results are not final until verified by officials at the fight’s venue. Any overturns of a fight decision based on appeal, suspension, lawsuit, drug test result or any other reason is not recognized by Nitrobetting.eu.

Draw or Tie

When a draw (or tie) occurs, wagers on both fighters are refunded.

No Contest Fights

Any fight that is deemed “no contest” will have all wagers refunded.

Totals

A total listed on a fight represents the total number of completed rounds. The halfway point of a round is at exactly two minutes and thirty seconds into a five minute round. Thus, 1½ rounds would be two minutes and thirty seconds of the 2nd round. If an over/under total lands on the exact half round total in a fight, the wager will be a push.

Extra Rounds

Any fight involving an extra round or “sudden victory” round will be included for valid bets.

Exact Method of Victory

For the “Exact Method of Victory” offering, KO and Technical KO are considered the same for betting purposes. Also, if the fight results in a Disqualification of either fighter, the wagers for this offering will be voided.

Start Times

Soccer match times are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match does not start as scheduled, and does not start the same day then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.

The exception being any wager on whether a team advances in a cup competition, or raises the cup, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match.

Draws

If the wagering offer on a match includes the draw as a third option and the match ends in a draw, wagers on the draw will be graded as winners and paid, while wagers on either team to win will be lost.

Official Results

Wagers will be decided on games with two 45 minute halves and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. Periods of extra time and penalty shootouts are not included.

Occasionally, tournaments, friendlies, or other matches may have time frames different than two 45 minute halves. All bets are valid regardless of the event’s format (regular playtime, 60-70 min of playtime, 120 min, etc.). Shortened playtime does not apply to suspended games.

If in a game scheduled for two halves of 45 minutes each, a referee ends the game with an official result with what appears to be a time different than 2 halves of 45 minutes each, wagers will have action. If a referee declares a game abandoned for any reason, wagers will be void and stakes returned.

Suspended Matches

If a match is suspended before full time is reached, and not completed the same day, (local time of the match site) wagers on the outcome of the match are considered void and all stakes shall be returned. Wagers related to just the first half will have action, only if the first half has been completed.

However, in the case of a suspended match not resumed the same day, (local time of the match site) most other proposition wagers not strictly related to the first half will have no action. These will include, but aren’t limited to: corner kicks, offsides, players to be sent off, red/yellow cards, both teams to score, correct score, time of first goal, clean sheet, and specific players to score/not score.

For further clarity, a bet on both teams to score will be void in a suspended match, even if both teams have already scored. Propositions on the team to score first, or next, will have action if there is a goal in a suspended match.

Overs/Unders

A match must reach full time for wagers on the total number of goals scored in the match to be valid.

1st Half

Wagers on the first half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the first half. If the first half is not completed, wagers shall be void and stakes returned.

2nd Half

Wagers on the second half of a soccer match include 45 minutes of play plus any stoppage time added by the referee at the end of the second half.

Extra periods, golden goals, and shootouts are not included in second half wagering. Goals scored in the first half do not count toward the second half wager.

Overtime (OT), Overtime Only (OT only) or Extra Time (ET)

When a team name is followed by OT, OT only or ET, this is for the 30 minute extra time period and any time the referee adds to compensate for injuries and other stoppages. It does not include penalty shootouts.

Penalties (Pen)

When a team name is followed by “(Pen)” or “(Penalties)” this is for penalty shootouts only.

Corner Kicks

Corner Kicks that occur in periods of extra time, are not included. Only Corner Kicks that take place during regulation time, or any time the referee adds to compensation for injuries and other stoppages, are included.

Bookings

Yellow card counts as 1, red card counts as 2. Second yellows are ignored for settlement purposes (e.g. maximum card count per player is 3).

Settlement will be made with reference to all available evidence to cards shown during the scheduled 90 minutes play. Any card shown after the full time whistle has been blown will be disregarded.

Cards shown to non-players (e.g. managers, substitutes or substituted players who play no subsequent part in the game) do not count towards the total.

General Rules

Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based either on sets or games (please refer to market title); Over/Under and Odd/Even markets based on games (unless otherwise stated).
If the scheduled number of sets required to win a match is changed from that originally scheduled then all bets will be void. Game Winner markets refer to the winner of a specific game, e.g. Set 1 Game 1; Set 1 Game 2 etc. If a game is completed by the Umpire awarding a ‘penalty game’ then all bets on that game will be considered void, however, if the game is completed by the Umpire awarding a ‘penalty point’ then all bets are still valid.

Player retirement

If a player (or pairing) retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. ‘Unconditionally determined’ means that there is no way the set and/or match could have been played in full and said market be graded differently. This applies to both pregame and live betting.

Set Wagers

When betting “Sets”, if a match is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all wagers will be cancelled and funds returned. If a set is completed that encompasses a bet (for example a first set bet where the first set is completed) then the bet will stand.

Delays and Shortened Matches

If a tennis match is completed, all wagers stand. A delay in the start of a match will not affect any wagers, nor will a suspension, as long as play is resumed and the match completed. Wagers will have action only if the corresponding period (match, set) is played in full and has an official score (e.g., In the event that only the first set is played and the match is shortened by officials, only the 1st set will be graded; the full match will have no official score and will be deemed NO ACTION).

Change in Surface or Venue

Change in Surface, Venue or Event’s date A change in playing surface or venue will not affect any wagers. Rescheduled events (changes to the date and/or time) will always have action.

Match Tie-break

If a match is decided by a Match tie-break then it will be considered to be the 3rd set. Every tie-break or match tie-break counts as 1 game.

Game Specific Rules

All General eSports category rules apply to all eSports wagers unless otherwise specified in that game’s individual category. If any game-specific rule contradicts a general rule, the game-specific rule will apply.

Start Times

The start dates and times for eSports matches are an estimate and are not guaranteed to be correct.

If a match is suspended or postponed, and not resumed within 24 hours from the actual scheduled start time, then bets on the match will be refunded.

Matches rescheduled more than 24 hours past the original start time will result in a refund of all wagers.

Grading Time

eSports can take up to 24 hours to grade. Two independent sources are used to verify results, ensuring that your wagers are always graded correctly.

Team, Player and League Names

If the name of a player or team is misspelled, all bets will be valid unless the name is obviously wrong or represents another player/team.

If the tournament is listed incorrectly but the matchup is still correct, all bets will be valid. If the same matchup occurs in both tournaments, all bets will be graded according to the tournament specified.

Team Name Changes

If a team changes their name or is folded into an existing team during a tournament, all wagers on this team will stand as long as that team continues to play.

Player Alias

If in an official match a player plays with a different nickname or alias (or on a smurf account), the result is still valid unless the player was not supposed to play that match.

Extra Time

If a draw option has not been made available, then the outcome after extra time will count, if played.

Player Retirement/Substitution

If a match is not completed because of player retirement or disqualification, all ML on the outcome are still valid and will be based on the official declared winner. All bets on the spread or total will be refunded. If a player is substituted before or during the match, all wagers are valid.

Team Retirement

In the event of a team retirement or disqualification from a match, the company will proceed as follows:

  1. If the match has yet to start and no maps have been played, all ML, Spread and Total bets will be cancelled.
  2. If one or more maps have been played to completion, and retirement or disqualification happens between maps or during one of the subsequent maps with an official winner declared for said match: All ML bets for the match will stand, as well as any bets on completed maps (Spreads, ML and Totals).

However, unless a market has been unconditionally determined, Spreads and Totals for the match will be cancelled along with all bets (Spreads, ML and Totals) on incomplete/unplayed maps. If a line/market has reached an indisputable result, it will be graded according to said result.

Spreads/Totals

A spread/total in eSports can be rounds, maps, or match score, depending on the game being played. See individual game subsections for more details on each type.

Changes to Totals

If the announced number of maps/rounds/periods is changed (eg. “Best of 3” instead of “Best of 5”; 3 quarters played instead of 4) all bets on the spread or total are refunded. If new lines reflecting the change are available, these new wagers will stand. All wagers on the ML will stand regardless of these changes. For grading purposes, only the maps counting toward the final score will be used.

Walkovers

If a player/team is given a walkover on at least one map in a series before or during the match, all wagers on the spread will be cancelled and refunded, ML wagers will stand and be graded according to the final result.

Walkovers do not include maps awarded to teams in an upper bracket as part of an E-Sports tournament. The match must play a minimum of one map for wagers to have action.

If an entire series is awarded to a team in a matchup and no play took place, all wagers will be refunded and betslips cancelled.

Awarded/Map Bet Grading

Maps can occasionally be awarded due to tournament positioning, such as a Winner’s Bracket Advantage or as a penalty to an opposing team. In such cases, where maps are known to have been awarded, bets on the result of the whole match or series, including spread wagers, will stand.

All users should be aware that the awarding of a map may appear to alter the structure of a match as a whole as it may be displayed in a specific position (Map 1 for example) where the official results are listed. Lines on map-specific wagers will be listed and graded according to their actual order of play (this does not include the awarded map).

Technical Issues

For pregame, if a match or map is deemed void by tournament providers due to technical issues or game lag etc. we will proceed as follows depending on the corresponding scenario: a) If there was no official result/score announced and match/map is replayed in under 24 hrs, wagers will be graded according to new results. b) If there was no official result/score announced and match/map is replayed more than 24 hrs. after the original event, wagers will be voided and a new line will be offered. c) If an official result was posted by the host tournament officials and then disputed or contested and a rematch scheduled, all wagers will remain graded based on the original results posted by the official governing body. No claim will be accepted based on grading changes once official results have been announced. For Live betting, if an event is affected by a technical issue, all bets will be voided if line is deemed invalid for the new game.

CS:GO (Counter Strike: Globbal Offensive

Player Retirement/Disconnect

CS:GO Matches are an exception to the aforementioned Player Retirement rule. A player substitution does not constitute a retirement or disqualification. In cases where single players must be substituted during the course of the match (for ddos, connection issues etc.) wagers will stand. Only in the case of a forfeiture will wagers be cancelled. If play is continued with one team playing at a disadvantage of 4 instead of 5 players, all wagers will be refunded.

Spreads/Totals in CS:GO

A spread/total in CS:GO can refer to individual maps as well as the final score in a “best of”. eg. Hellraisers (map 2) +2.5 refers to the score of the match at the end of Map 2 and not the overall score in a “best of 3” matchup.

Starcraft 2

Tied Matches

In the event of a tied map, all map wagers will be graded according to the map counted toward to official result. (ie. the replayed map).

Spreads/Totals in Starcraft 2

A spread/total in Starcraft 2 refers to the final score in a “best of” matchup. eg. Hyun +1.5 applies to the final score in a series of maps, not an individual map on its own.

DOTA2

Spreads/Totals in DOTA2

A spread/total in DOTA2 refers to the final score in a “best of” matchup. eg. NewBee +1.5 applies to the final score in a series of maps, not an individual map on its own.

League of Legends (LoL)

Nitrobetting.eu may offer a three-way line with the draw as the third betting option. In these cases, when the outcome is a draw, only bettors who wagered on the draw will be paid as winners. Any wagers on either team or contestant to win will be graded as a loss.

Start Time

If a match is postponed for any reason, all bets will be cancelled and monies refunded.

Venue Changes

If the venue of a match is changed all bets stand and will have action.

Start Time

If the start of a round gets delayed, or if a round is suspended during play, all pending wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If postponement lasts longer than 48 hours, any pending wagers will be cancelled and monies refunded.

Player Action

Wagers on any golfer who does not begin play in the tournament are cancelled and will have all monies refunded. A golfer is considered to have played once he or she has teed off. If a player withdraws after having teed off, wagers on that player will be lost.

Grading

Wagers are settled using official tournament and match results (includes final match correct score and individual matches). This includes matches which finish early, either by agreement of the players or due to injury.

Outright Betting: Field

The “Field” will includes all players not offered by name.

Outright Betting: Winner

All outright bets are settled on a player winning the trophy/tournament. The result of any play-off holes are taken into account.

Outright Betting: Shortened Play

If a tournament does not complete the specified number of holes (usually 72) and is shortened by the tournament officials, the leader at the end of the number of holes specified by the officials will be deemed the winner unless there is no further play or only part of a round completed after a bet has been placed, in which case that bet will be canceled.

If two or more golfers are tied for the lead at the end of regulation play, a sudden death playoff is generally used to determine the winner of a tournament. In this event, the winner of the playoff will be deemed the winner for betting purposes. All other golfers participating in the playoff holes will be graded as second-place finishers.

Outright Betting: Ties

If there is a tie for finishing position, the tied position will count. For example, if three players tie for sixth place, all three will be considered to have finished sixth.

Matchup Betting: Players

In a head-to-head matchup, both golfers must begin play and tee off in order for bets to have action.

Matchup Betting: Listed Pairs

Golfers are paired only for betting purposes. The player with the lower score over the course of the entire tournament is deemed the matchup winner.

Matchup Betting: Shortened Play

Bet Settlement will be based on the player who achieves the highest placing at the end of the tournament. If the number of rounds played is reduced by tournament officials then bets stand providing that a tournament winner is declared.

Matchup Betting: Missing the Cut

If one player in a matchup misses the cut, the other player is deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut, the golfer with the lower score after the cut has been made will be deemed the winner.

Matchup Betting: Withdraws & Disqualifications

If a player withdraws or is disqualified after starting, either before the completion of two rounds or after both players have made the cut, the other player is deemed the winner.

Should a player be disqualified during either the 3rd or 4th round and the other player in the matchup bet has already missed the cut, the disqualified player will be considered the winner.

Ryder Cup

In the case of ties on “top point scorer” lines for the Ryder Cup, dead heat rules will apply.

Start Time

The start of a race is defined as the signal to start the warm up lap. In order for wagers to have action, drivers must start the race. If a race or qualifier is postponed for any reason, all wagers will remain valid for 48 hours. If the postponement lasts more than 48 hours, all wagers will be canceled and the monies refunded.

Grading

Wagers will be graded at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent penalties/demotions will not affect the grading of wagers.

Qualifying

Any qualifying wagers have action once a driver starts qualifying. Drivers must start qualifying for action to occur on qualifying bets. Subsequent penalties/demotions will not affect the grading of wagers.

Race Matchups: Drivers

In race matchups, both drivers must start the race in order for a bet to have action.

Race Matchups: Finishing

In race matchups, in the event neither driver finishes the race, the driver completing more laps will be deemed the winner.

If both drivers completed the same number of laps, wagers will be graded as a push and have no action. Subsequent penalties/demotions will not affect the grading of wagers.

Championship Wagers

Championship wagers will be graded after the final race of the season and will not be affected by subsequent penalties/demotions.

Grading

All bets will be settled using the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the match or competition concerned.

Change of Venue

If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand as long as the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away teams for a listed match are reversed then wagers placed based on the original listing will be cancelled.

Abandoned Matches

If a match is abandoned due to outside interference, bets on the result for the total of the game are void. If no winner is declared from the official site all wagers on the winner of the match are cancelled.

Official Competition Rules

If a match is affected by external factors (such as inclement weather), we will settle your bet based on the official competition rule (includes matches affected by mathematical calculations such as the Duckworth-Lewis method (DL) or the Jayadevan system (VJD)). Duckworth Lewis method / Jayadevan system: These are mathematical systems used to adjust scores in the event of a rain delay during one-day matches in order to leave the balance of the match unaltered. The systems use the number of overs each team has left to receive and the number of wickets they have in hand in order to reach an official result.

No Winner

Where no price is quoted for the tie and the official competition rules do not determine a winner then all wagers will be graded as a push. In competitions where a bowl out or super over determines a winner, then wagers will be settled on the official result.

Series Betting

If a series results in a draw and no draw option was offered then all wagers will be considered a push and refunded.

Test Matches: Partial Innings

In cases where the game did not go at least 4 innings all bets on the results for the over/under are cancelled. In case the game did not go at least 4 innings all bets on the outcome for the winner of a match are determined based on the official announcement

Test Matches: Ties

In the event of a test match draw (i.e. where all innings have been completed and both teams have the same score) all bets on the game will be graded as a push.

Test Matches: Draws

If a three-way moneyline with the draw as a third betting option is offered, only those bettors who wagered on the draw will be paid as winners; those who bet on either team/contestant to win will lose their bet.

Test Matches: Abandoned

If a test match is abandoned or disrupted by outside interference (riot, etc) all bets on this match will be cancelled.

One Day Internationals: Partial Result

In case a game does not go at least the official number of overs, all bets on the outcome for the over/under are cancelled. In case the game did not go at least the official number of overs, all bets on the outcome for the winner of the match are settled based on the official announcement.

One Day Internationals: Reserve Day

In matches where a reserve day is utilized all bets will stand and carry over to the reserve day.

Twenty/20: Partial Result

In case a game did not go at least the official number of overs, all bets on the outcome for the over/under are cancelled. In case a game did not go at least the official number of overs, all bets on the outcome for the winner of the match are determined based on the official announcement.

Extra Ends

Unless stated otherwise, extra ends are always included in the result for betting purposes.

Action

At least one stone must be thrown by each team in the sixth end to constitute “action” for wagering purposes in every match.

Grading

The final score of a match shall be the score reported by tournament organizers. Nitrobetting respects each individual tournament’s scoring rules, regulations, and rulings regarding conceded matches.

Postponed and Suspended Matches

Wagers on matches that are postponed or suspended for any reason (including deteriorating ice conditions, electrical failure, or scheduling problems, etc.) are considered “action” and will be graded once tournament organizers declare the match completed.

Grading

Nitrobetting BTC Sportsbook determines bets based on the classification that is published immediately after the race. Nitrobetting.eu does not recognize overturned results later via protests, drug tests, or other means.

Riders

In single-race matchups between riders, both riders must start the race and at least one of them must complete the race for wagers to stand.

Delayed & Postponed Races

If a race is delayed/postponed due to weather or other forces, all bets will stand only if the race is started within one week of the original start date.

Head to Head: Time Adjustment

For head to head matchups, if a rule is in place that adjusts the time of the competitors due to a crash, fall, puncture, mechanical incident, etc.

In the last few kilometers of a race, the rider with the fastest time in the official standings will be recognized as the winner of the match up.

Head to Head: The Field

If matchups against “The Field” are offered, the competitor listed must beat every other athlete for a wager on that competitor to win.

If any athlete beats all the listed competitors, bets on “The Field” will be graded as winners. If the competitor ties for 1st place, bets on the matchups will be graded as a push and monies refunded.

Overall Races Matchups: Multi Leg/Stage

In Multiple leg/stage overall race matchups, the winner is the rider that is classified highest at the end of the competition.

Overall Races Matchups: Completion

If neither rider completes the competition, then the winner will be the rider that completed the most stages.

If both riders complete an equal number of stages, the winner will be the rider that was classified higher in their last completed stage.

Outright Tournament Action

When wagering on the outright tournament winner, all bets have action. If a player withdraws before a tournament begins, bets on that player to win the tournament will be graded as losses.

Match Wagers

The player progressing to the next round will be deemed the winner, as long as one of the players has thrown a dart at the start of the first leg. If the first dart is not thrown, all bets will be cancelled.

Sets Wagers

The full number of sets needed to win the match must be completed. If the match is awarded to a contestant for any reason before the full number of sets are completed, all Sets wagers on the match will be cancelled.

Regulation Time

Unless stated otherwise, wagers are settled on regulation time only. This includes two periods of play and any stoppage time the referee adds on to compensate for injuries, delays, and other stoppages. It does not include periods of extra time nor penalty shootouts.

Suspended Match

If a match is suspended before full time is played, and is not completed the same day, wagers on the outcome of the match will be considered void and all monies shall be refunded.

Rugby League

Both Pre-game and Live betting on all Full-Time markets, will be graded based on the final result at the end of the match. Unless otherwise stated, markets are settled based on the result at the end of a scheduled 80 minutes play. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include the following: extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or sudden death. A delay in the start of a match will not affect any wagers, nor will a suspension or interruption, as long as play is resumed and the match completed.

1. No Limit Texas Hold‘em (NLHE)

No Limit Hold‘em is poker as it was meant to be played, no caps or maximum bets on hands, and players go all in and all out for the win!

2. NLHE Rules

Each Player is dealt two “pocket” cards. The dealer is designated by a white chip marked with a letter D.

The “small blind” (the player to the immediate left of the dealer) automatically contributes half of the necessary ante or “blind” to the pot. The “big blind” (the player to the immediate left of the small blind) automatically contributes the full ante or “blind” to the pot. A round of betting commences, during which each player (in clockwise order) has an opportunity to: a) match the blind (the minimum amount of mBTC necessary to participate in the hand); b) raise (bet a larger amount of money than is necessary to participate in the hand, thereby forcing other players to match that amount if they wish to continue), or c) fold (refuse to match the blinds or raises and thereby withdraw from that particular hand). Once the action circles around the table, the small blind must pay the remaining half of his/her blind as well as any additional raises in order to continue playing. If a big or small blind will not or cannot match any raises and folds, their blinds are lost to the pot.

When all blinds or bets have been matched by players wishing to remain in the hand, play moves on to the “flop”. The flop is the revealing of three cards in the middle of the table to all players. Following the flop, a round of betting commences with the remaining player to the nearest left of the dealer. Each player has the option to: a) check (not bet any additional mBTC and pass the option on to the next player); b) bet/raise (place into the pot an additional amount of mBTC which must be matched by any other player wishing to remain in the game), or c) fold (refuse to match any additional bets or raises and withdraw from the hand, losing all mBTC previously contributed to the pot through the course of the hand). If all players involved in a hand choose to check, the hand moves on without any additional mBTC being contributed to the pot. Otherwise, all bets/raises must be matched by players wishing to continue before the hand continues. Should all players but one choose to fold their hands and not match a bet, the player who has made that high bet wins the hand.

The “turn” is the revealing of the fourth card to the table. The turn is followed by another round of betting that follows the same formula detailed in part iii. Remember, this is No Limit Hold‘em, and players may risk any amount of the mBTC which they have accrued throughout the course of the game. When the hand has been checked down or all bets/raises matched the hand moves on to the “river”.

The river card is the fifth and final card revealed to the table. It’s revealing begins a final round of betting. The players who remain to contest the hand after all betting then have their cards revealed and the high hand wins the pot. In the event of a draw (equal hands held by two or more players) the pot is split accordingly.

After the conclusion of a hand, the dealer chip shifts clockwise to the left (the former small blind will now be the dealer) and the process repeats.

3. Limit Texas Hold’em (LHE)

Limit Hold‘em has the same process of play as that of No Limit. The only difference is that there is a cap or maximum bet established that no player can exceed at any point during a game. The maximum bet is identified in the description of each table in the Nitrobetting Poker Lobby. Limit Hold ‘Em is a great way to be introduced to poker, fewer all-in bets and a more conservative, but equally savvy style of play means a great way to stay involved and improve one’s skill.

4. LHE Rules

Limit Hold‘em has the same process of play as that of No Limit. The only difference is that there is a cap or maximum bet established that no player can exceed at any point during a game. The maximum bet is identified in the description of each table in the Nitrobetting Poker Lobby. Limit Hold ‘Em is a great way to be introduced to poker, fewer all-in bets and a more conservative, but equally savvy style of play mean a great way to stay involved and improve one’s skill.

5. Omaha (Omaha Hi)

Omaha is a fun and exciting way to play poker with a twist. The standard rules and regulations are much the same as Hold‘em poker, and those who are familiar should have an easy time picking up Omaha. Hand values and ranking remain the same, as does betting and the general structure of the game. The differences are explained below.

6. Omaha Hi Rules

Each player is dealt four cards at the beginning of each hand, rather than the customary two. All four of those cards are private and hidden from the other players.

The play structure of each hand remains the same: dealer, small and big blinds, and rounds of betting all have the same structure as outlined under Hold‘em rules. (Omaha games are limit games to add structure to a game where hands and combinations of cards can change rapidly).

The goal of Omaha is to for players to create the best hand possible by using two of the four cards from their hand and three of the five cards revealed to the table. Players must abide by this rule and not use three cards from their hand and two from those revealed on the table or any other combination.

7. Six-Plus Hold’em

Six-Plus Hold’em is a variant of Texas Hold ’em poker that uses the same rules as the traditional NLHE but with two differences: the removal of cards 2,3,4 and 5 and the use of a different hand-ranking system.

8. Six-Plus Hold’em Rules

The rules in terms of betting structures, play of the hand, and showdown in Six-Plus Hold‘em is the same as the traditional Texas Hold‘em.

Similar to traditional Hold’em, the aces still count as high or low when making straights, which means the lowest possible straight becomes Ax-6x-7x-8x-9x (the ace here replaces the missing 5x).

The full hand ranking of Six-Plus Hold‘em is as follows:

  • Royal Flush
  • Straight Flush
  • Four of a Kind
  • Flush
  • Full House
  • Straight
  • Three of a Kind
  • Two Pairs
  • One Pair
  • Highest Card

9. Bounty Tournament

Bounty poker at Nitrobetting.eu uses the same rules as traditional Texas Hold‘em but with one difference: the payout structure is based on the number of eliminations directly caused by the players.

10. Bounty Tournament Rules

The rules in terms of betting structures, play of the hand, and showdown in Bounty poker is the same as the traditional Texas Hold‘em.

Instead of receiving an amount solely based on a player’s final placing in a poker tournament, which is how traditional poker tournaments work, winning players in the bounty poker tournaments will receive prizes according to the number of players they have eliminated.

At the start of the tournament, each player starts with a bounty that is equal to the buy-in. When a player eliminates another player, half of the losing player’s bounty is added to the winning player’s prize while the other half is added to that winning player’s own bounty. The last remaining player, or first placer in the tournament, gets to keep his own bounty as winnings in bounty poker tournaments.

11. Telesina

Telesina is a variant of 5 Card Stud, and is played using a deck of only 32 cards rather than the traditional 52. More common in Europe, it might be a fun way to spice up your poker experience!

12. Telesina Rules

A maximum of six players can play telesina at once. Two cards are dealt to each player. The first card dealt to each player will be concealed while the second card is face up for everyone to see. The first betting round will then commence. The player who hold the highest card after the first deal leads the betting.

After the initial deal and round of betting, three more cards are dealt to each player face-up and visible to all players. A round of betting follows each deal, consistent with most varieties of poker.

The sixth card to be dealt (following the initial two hole cards and following three visible cards to each player) is the “Vela Card” which appears in the center of the table. Every player still in the hand is able this card. Then the final round of betting will commence.

Unique to Telesina is a variation in hand values. For a game of Telesina, a flush is valued more highly than a full house. A full ranking of Telesina hands follows:

  • Straight Flush
  • Four of a Kind
  • Flush
  • Full House

Nitrobetting.eu Collusion Policy

Collusion is a form of cheating where two or more players work together in a poker game to gain an advantage over one or more players at the table. This is sometimes done by a single person (using more than one account) or by multiple people (each using their own account). It can happen in cash games as well as SnGs and tournaments.

Our methods for detecting collusion are based on how a hand of poker is played. If our system detects that a hand may have been played in an unusual way, it will be flagged to be reviewed by security. A manual review of the full hand will then take place to determine if there was collusion.

In addition to our own reviews, all player reports of collusion will be fully investigated by our staff.

Collusion is strictly forbidden at Nitrobetting.eu.

If a player or team of players is found to be colluding in any way at our poker tables, their accounts may be permanently banned from playing poker at Nitrobetting.eu.

A dead heat in horse racing is when two or more horses dead heat for one of the finishing positions. This may be first place, but can also be second, third, or fourth place. In a dead heat for first place, the stake on a winning selection is divided by the number of winners in the dead heat. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the money being lost.
