Terms and Conditions
- The Nitrobetting.eu Raffle features a Rolex GMT-Master II watch: Oystersteel, a.k.a. Rolex Pepsi as the grand prize.
- The raffle will take place on February 9th, 2025, immediately following the conclusion of the Super Bowl LIX.
- For every $100 USD deposited, participants will receive one (1) Rolex Token for the giveaway.
- For example, a $1000 USD deposit will earn you 10 Rolex Token.
- Deposits less than $100 USD cannot be accumulated or combined to earn Rolex Token. Only even multiples of $100 count. For instance, a $1050 USD deposit will yield 10 Rolex Tokens , not 10.5.
- Each deposit must complete a one-time rollover.
- The raffle will be conducted using a Provably Fair Algorithm to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Each participant’s Rolex Token is linked to their unique Nitrobetting ID. The winner ticket will be chosen by a Provably Fair algorithm.
- Customers can monitor the number of Rolex Token entries they have accumulated by clicking on the Win a ROLEX tab in their Nitrobetting account.
- The winner of the Rolex GMT-Master II will be announced and must meet the following criteria:
- Provide a valid address and phone number for delivery.
- Complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This is necessary to guarantee fairness of the contest.
- The winner must grant permission for their account number to be listed on our website as part of the announcement.
- The winner is required to provide a testimonial after receiving the Rolex, which will be posted on Nitrobetting.eu.
- We may require account verification before you can claim your prize. This is a standard procedure to ensure the integrity of the promotion.
- Only accounts in good standing and that pass our security checks will be eligible to win.
- Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request KYC verification at any time.
- We reserve the right to exclude any account from participating in this promotion at our discretion and to remove any winnings if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
- You may not, under any circumstances, create multiple accounts for the purpose of defrauding Nitrobetting. This includes, but is not limited to: multiple accounts created to circumvent our betting limits and multiple accounts created to take advantage of our affiliate program. Accounts created to defraud Nitrobetting, as decided in our sole discretion, run the risk of having the offending bet(s) cancelled from those accounts and/or those accounts permanently closed. In the event that your account receives funds in error and need to be recovered, Nitrobetting reserves the right to treat multiple accounts belonging to a single user as one when recovering funds.
- Nitrobetting.eu will cover the shipment cost only within the United States Territory. If the winner is based outside the U.S., the customer will cover the difference in shipment cost.
