Last year, Hendrick Motorsports driver William Byron won the checkered flag. Byron started thirty-first on the grid, which means he moved his way up.

The chalk to win the checkered flag drove great in this last year. Reddick had a terrible starting position. Tyler didn’t panic. Instead, Reddick moved his way to second where he almost caught Byron. Earlier during the playoffs, Tyler won the AutoTrader Echo Automotive 500 at Texas Motor Speedway.

Reddick finished sixth in Las Vegas last week. He can win this for sure, but the odds make him tough to back over a driver like Logano.

Ross Chastain finished second behind Logano at the South Point 400. The second in Las Vegas catapulted Chastain up the NASCAR Cup standings. The +1000 third choice is now in second place to win the Cup. Chastain didn’t race well at Homestead in this last year. He finished seventeenth.

More is at stake this season, so expect Ross to produce a much better finish in 2022 than he did in 2021.
