The Denver Nuggets peaked at the right time last season. Despite taking their foot off the gas and taking it easy for the last few weeks of the regular season, they quickly regained their momentum and won the first title in franchise history.
It’s been a quiet offseason for the Denver Nuggets. Most of their activity revolves around the draft. The biggest loss involves key sixth man and core piece Bruce Brown heading out the door. His defense, playmaking, and versatility were pivotal to the Nuggets’ run. There’s no question that he will be missed in the rotation. Beyond that, the roster remains the same, though depth took another hit with the departure of Jeff Green and Vlatko Cancar.
