Daniel Suarez

The man from Monterey, Mexico, is in his seventh season in the premier NASCAR racing division. This is his third year sporting the Trackhouse Racing colors, which features a crew co-owned by Justin Marks. Suarez is the first Mexican-born driver to win a Cup Series race at Sonoma Raceway last year, June 2022, in his 195th start. Before taking on the Cup Series challenge, Suarez was awarded the Xfinity Series Sunoco Rookie of the Year award in 2015 followed by a series championship in 2016.

The 31-year-old previously drove the No. 42 Petty GMS Motorsports Chevrolet last season and the No. 13. Germain Racing Chevrolet full-time for four seasons between 2017 and 2020. He also had a short stint driving for Gaunt Brothers Racing, Joe Gibbs Racing, Our Motorsports, and Jordan Anderson Racing in 2021.

Justin Haley

Returning to the NASCAR Cup Series full-time with Kaulig Racing this season is 24-year-old Justin Haley from Winamac, Indiana. He previously competed in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 11 Chevrolet for Kaulig Racing. During his stint in the lower tier division, Haley secured four Xfinity Series wins–all on superspeedways. His resume also includes appearances in the Craftsman Truck Series from 2017-18, winning a combined three races and reserving a spot at the Championship 4 playoff round in 2018. Furthermore, Haley’s credentials include a 2016 ARCA Menards Series East championship win and a first Cup Series victory in 2019 with Spire Motorsports Chevrolet.

Haley ranks 24th in the 2023 season. In 27 races, the Indiana native finished five times in the top ten, and once in the top five, holding an average start of 23.667 and an average finish of 20.556.
