Russell Henley

  • 2023 Travelers Championship Odds: +3,400

One of the hottest yet relatively underrated players on the PGA TOUR right now is Russell Henley, who’s strung together seven top-20 finishes over his last eight starts. During this stretch that began in mid-March at THE PLAYERS Championship, the Georgia native also finished with a career-best T4 finish at The Masters to the delight of the home crowd. Henley’s last trip to TPC River Highlands also happened to be a T19 showing in 2021, making the streaky veteran a sound sleeper pick to win it all this week.

Tom Kim

  • 2023 Travelers Championship Odds: +4,900

At only 20 years of age, Joo-hyung “Tom” Kim has been a perennial force to reckon with on the greens. The young South Korean sensation kicked off his first full season in the PGA TOUR with a win in TPC Summerlin in October and has yielded four more top-eight finishes since, including a strong T8 performance in last week’s major. This week will mark Kim’s debut in TPC River Highlands, yet we wouldn’t be surprised if he nets his backers a huge payday this week as another strong sleeper candidate with a well-rounded skill set befitting of the course in Cromwell.

Brian Harman

  • 2023 Travelers Championship Odds: +5,900

If you’re in search of someone with proven experience at TPC River Highlands, look no further than 36-year-old Brian Harman. In four of his last five appearances at the Travelers Championship, the Southpaw from Savannah ended up with a top-10 finish and a dazzling 67.44 scoring average across 18 rounds of action at the event. Although Harman hasn’t been as consistent as his back-to-back runner-up finishes in November, his recent showings at TPC River Highlands make him a compelling dark horse pick to win his first PGA TOUR event since 2017, and with a decent return on investment at that.
