Washington Huskies

• 2023 College Football Win Total: Over 9.5 +130

Quarterback Michael Penix Jr. has a ton of experience. He threw for 4,641 yards, 31 TDs and just 8 picks last season. Penix Jr. is one of the top quarterbacks in college and the schedule isn’t daunting. Washington rolls to the Pac-12 title game with the only loss possibly happening versus USC.

USC Trojans

• 2023 College Football Win Total: Over 10.5 +150

Offensive line and defensive depth were issues last season. So Lincoln Riley went to the transfer portal and recruited veteran offensive line starters and veteran defensive lineman.

One of those lineman, Bear Alexander, played for Georgia last season. Riley also transferred Arizona wide receiver Dorian Singer. The Trojans will have another magical regular season, only this time, a victory over Washington at home is the only thing standing in USC’s way from going undefeated.

Oregon Ducks

• 2023 College Football Win Total: Under 9.5 -125

The Ducks will be one of the better teams in the Pac-12, Bo Nix is a terrific quarterback, and the defense should rock. But the Ducks are in the same Pac-12 division as Washington.

Also, the schedule is daunting. Oregon is at Texas Tech, at Washington, at Utah, and must host USC. Those are four potential losses. The Ducks should lose at least 3-of-4.

Georgia Bulldogs

Can Georgia go undefeated during the regular season? Of course, they can. But here’s the thing. The Bulldogs won back-to-back national championships because of one player, quarterback Stetson Bennett.

UGA must find a Stetson Bennett type signal caller to start under center or they will lose at least 1 game during the season. It could be against Kentucky. It could be at Tennessee or at Auburn, or it could be versus Ole Miss. Some team will upset UGA unless a legit starting quarterback emerges.

Michigan Wolverines

• 2023 College Football Win Total: Over 10.5 +100

Jim Harbaugh transferred LaDarius Henderson from Arizona State to play left tackle. Henderson is a good, veteran, offensive lineman who will protect J.J. McCarthy and open holes for Blake Corum.

Both McCarthy and Corum are Heisman Trophy contenders. The new center is Drake Nugent. The former Stanford player is a graduate transfer, which means Harbaugh has loaded the offensive line with experience.

Michigan must only beat Penn State on the road and Ohio State at Ann Arbor in their final regular season game of the year to head to the Big Ten Championship with an undefeated record.

LSU Tigers

The best quarterback in the SEC, Jayden Daniels, gets to throw to the best wide receiver in college football and the odds on LSU to lose no more than 2 games is +110?

The Baton Rouge Tigers show 4 road games: at Mississippi State, at Ole Miss, at Missouri, and at Alabama. LSU should win all 4 of those. The Tigers are much better than the Crimson Tide at most positions this season.

Also, let’s not forget that 2023 is Brian Kelly’s second season as Louisiana State head coach. At +110, LSU is an overlay to win 10 games.
