Why is Borussia Dortmund a safe bet to win?
Dortmund heads into this playing excellent soccer. The German League team is on a 7-match winning streak. Pretty much since the World Cup finished, Dortmund has played unbeatable soccer.
No victory impressed as much as the 5-1 win against SC Freiburg. Beating a quality squad like Freiburg by 4 goals is a big deal. Dortmund didn’t bounce after the win, taking it to Bochum and Werder Bremen. No doubt, the home team is going to be tough to beat in the first leg.

Why is Chelsea a safe bet to win?

But since the loss to their EPL rivals, Chelsea has picked it up. First came the victory over Crystal Palace. Then came 3 straight draws, two of the draw were against quality squads Liverpool and West Ham United.
The third draw, against Fulham, was a mental victory. Chelsea beat out AC Milan and Dinamo Zagreb to notch their ticket to the Round of 16. We should expect the Blues to play a fantastic match on Wednesday.
