Crews-Dezurn vs. Marshall – Manchester Arena, Manchester, Lancashire (ESPN+)

Luis Nery vs. Froilan Saludar

Mark Jeffers is the replacement opponent after Mark Heffron had to pull out of the bout against Zak Chelli due to an injury. But just because Jeffers is the replacement, it doesn’t mean he has zero shot in this.

Jeffers is so confident he will beat Chelli that he’s taking this fight two weeks before a schedule July 15 bout versus a to be announced opponent. Also, Jeffers has an excellent 15-0 record.

Franchon Crews Dezurn has a very good 8-1 record with a couple of stoppage wins. We say Franchon’s record is good because the lone loss happened in her first bout in 2016 and it happened versus Claressa Shields.

The fight was four rounds. No opponent is going to beat Shields in 4 rounds. Claressa is too fast to lose a 4-round bout.

Savannah Marshall is the best fighter Dezurn has taken on since throwing down against Shields. Marshall’s lone loss happened via unanimous decision against Shields in her last. The favorite shows 10 stoppage wins from her 12. So look for a KO/TKO prop.
