The surprisingly sensational Seahawks look to upset Tom Brady and the Buccaneers, but does TB12 have a remarkable performance in store for his German fans?

There’s simply no stopping the Seattle Seahawks, who’ve won four in a row following their Week 9 victory over the Arizona Cardinals, 31-21. Not only are the Seahawks at 6-3 and remain atop their division, but they’ve also won each of their last four games by double digits.

Veteran quarterback Geno Smith is still performing admirably amidst his late-career resurgence, finishing with 26-of-34 pass attempts for 275 yards and two passing touchdowns against Arizona. Smith did throw his fourth interception of the season, yet he’s still ranked third-best in the NFL with a passer rating of 107.2.

Rookie running back Kenneth Walker III continues to impress as he racked up 109 rushing yards and two scores on the ground against the Cards. Walker now has a total of seven rushing TDs over his last five starts and is a strong candidate for Offensive Rookie of the Year. Couple the offense’s success with a defense that’s allowed just an average of 16.5 points to their opponents during the four-game win streak, and Seattle deserves better odds this week going up against a Tampa Bay side with a losing record.

Why Bet on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers?

The bleeding had finally stopped for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who ended their three-game skid with a 16-13 win over the defending Super Bowl champions the Los Angeles Rams this past Sunday. However, a narrow 16-13 comeback victory over the Rams still makes pundits pessimistic about the Bucs’ recent success.

Future Hall-of-Famer Tom Brady willed his team to victory as he often does after throwing for a season-high 58 pass attempts for 280 yards and the game-winning TD strike to tight end Chris Otton with less than 10 seconds left in the contest. Brady was resilient through the air, which is good for Tampa Bay, but the team’s rushing attack is still non-existent. The Bucs averaged just 2.5 yards per carry against the Rams and finished with merely 51 yards on the ground.

It’s hard to tell whether or not the Buccaneers’ defense is back up to par considering that the Rams are dealing with glaring offensive issues of their own. That being said, Tampa’s fifth-best scoring defense (18.2 PAPG) will be put to a stiffer test against a more formidable NFC West opponent in Week 10.
