Top Pick to Win Super Bowl LX: Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens must resign Ronnie Stanley, a big name. The massive and talented left tackle loves to block for Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry. So, Stanley and Baltimore will undoubtedly come to some sort of agreement.

If the Ravens do resign Stanley, forget it. Ronnie is going to open massive holes again only this season, and Baltimore has a relatively easy schedule. Sure, Baltimore must play the NFC North, but the Vikings may or may not resign Sam Darnold, and the Packers and Bears won’t be good enough to beat Baltimore.

Baltimore must travel to Baltimore and KC, but the Ravens will benefit from having Henry in their building during his second season. That means Baltimore’s offense should be even more explosive. At the odds, the Ravens are the best pick to back to get rings this upcoming season.

Second Pick to Win Super Bowl LX: Detroit Lions

If not for injuries on the defensive side of the ball and running back David Montgomery’s downtime late in the season, the Lions may have beaten the Eagles and Commanders and marched to the Super Bowl.

Detroit must handle a few unrestricted free-agent contracts. Right guard Kevin Zeitler is the most critical player to bring back into the building. If it happens, the Lions could rebuild the D by replacing linebacker Derrick Barnes and corner Carlton Davis. Or both players could decide to stay in Detroit. The best news is that Aidan Hutchinson should be one hundred percent by training camp. So, the leader of Detroit’s D will be ready. The Lions offer terrific odds. They’re not the top pick because Detroit must travel to KC, Baltimore, Philly, and Washington.

Top Double-Digit Odds Choice: Denver Broncos

Denver plays the AFC South this coming season, which should be three to four wins. Only the Houston Texans possibly beat the Broncos. Denver must leapfrog the L.A. Chargers, but that can happen because Sean Payton will find a way to make the offense even more explosive.

Denver can replace every one of their 19 pending free agents. As long as corner Pat Surtain II and linebacker Nick Bonitto remain, the Broncos’ D should be a top-ten unit. The offense will improve big time because Bo Nix will be in his second season, and Marvin Mims Jr. should take over for Courtland Sutton as Nix’s top receiver. Devaughn Vele will also have a more significant role.

Payton and the Broncos are going to make moves in free agency and the NFL Draft, so we had better get on board while we can. The best thing about backing the Broncos to win the Super Bowl is that at the odds, we don’t have to break the bank to make a decent profit.

Shoot for the Moon Play: Carolina Panthers

Of the teams offering ridiculous odds to win Super Bowl LX, the Carolina Panthers are the best play. Carolina has one of the better young quarterbacks in the NFL, Bryce Young, who improved big time from 2023 to 2024.

Sure, the Panthers won just 5 games. But check out Young’s stats. He threw 15 TDs to 9 INTs. The offensive line went from allowing 62 sacks in 2023 to just 29 this past season. Young improved his passing and rushing, and this happened after he returned from a short benching.

The kid can play ball. It helps that Chuba Hubbard rushed for 1,195 yards and 10 TDs, and Adam Thielen had a bounce-back season by catching 5 TDs and 48 passes for 615 yards. Thielen’s 12.8 yards per catch average was fantastic considering his 2023 stats.

The offense will be much improved, and the defense will be as well because the Panthers can use the eighth pick in the Draft to acquire a defender. Also, the NFC South is one of the more lousy divisions in football. At the odds, the Panthers are worth a look to pull off one of the greatest turnarounds in NFL history.
