Titans vs. Packers 2022 NFL Week 11 Odds, Preview & Pick
With less-than-encouraging losing records, both the Arizona Cardinals and Los Angeles Rams are now in panic mode as they try to salvage their respective seasons. And while the two NFC West hopefuls aren’t playing their best football right now, their upcoming divisional matchup should still be able to deliver plenty of thrills and intrigue.
Tennessee holds the all-time regular-series advantage, 7-6, while the home team has won each of the past three meetings. In the last matchup between the two clubs, Week 16 of the 2020 season, Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers threw four touchdown passes and running backs A.J. Dillon (124 rushing yards) and Aaron Jones (94) combined for 218 rushing yards in the Packers’ 40-14 win.

Why Bet on the Tennessee Titans?
The Titans got starting QB Ryan Tannehill back on Sunday in Week 10 and beat Denver 17-10. Tannehill completed 19-of-36 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns. Tannehill came up big on multiple occasions for the Titans, with his two scores going to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. His first touchdown, which came on a nine-yard pass to Westbrook-Ikhine shortly before halftime, gave the Titans their first points of the day, but it was Tannehill’s second touchdown that put the Titans ahead.
Derrick Henry rushed 19 times for 53 yards. Often the hammer of the Titans’ offense, Henry’s longest run of the day came on a 10-yard gain, as he was otherwise bottled up for most of the afternoon. He added two catches for 14 additional yards. Henry ranks second in the NFL with 923 rushing yards and tied for second with nine rushing touchdowns. With a rushing touchdown Thursday, he can become the fifth player in NFL history with at least 10 rushing touchdowns in five consecutive seasons, joining LaDainian Tomlinson (nine consecutive seasons from 2001-09), Adrian Peterson (seven from 2007-13), Shaun Alexander (five from 2001-05) and Michael Turner (five from 2008-12).
Kicker Randy Bullock is questionable this week with a calf injury. Mike Vrable suggested the 32-year-old could be a game-time call ahead of Thursday’s matchup. If Bullock isn’t available this week, Josh Lambo — whom the Titans signed to their practice squad Tuesday — will step in to handle kicking duties.
Cornerback Kristian Fulton practiced fully on Tuesday. After Fulton missed the Titans’ Week 10 matchup versus Denver with a hamstring issue, he was a full participant in Tuesday’s practice and is now in line to play against Green Bay on Thursday. Tennessee enters the game with the league’s second-ranked rushing defense (85.1 rushing yards allowed per game) and hasn’t allowed a team to rush for 100 yards since Week 2. The Titans recorded a season-high six sacks last week, the most sacks by the Titans in a single game since Week 14, 2018 (eight).
Why Bet on the Green Bay Packers?
The Packers saved their season and ended a five-game losing streak Sunday with a 31-28 OT win over Dallas. Aaron Rodgers completed 14-of-20 attempts for 224 yards and three touchdowns. Rodgers connected with rookie Christian Watson for two long scores and another short touchdown for good measure as the Packers pulled a major upset against former head coach Mike McCarthy’s Cowboys. Rodgers has still not eclipsed 300 yards in a game this season. He did become the fourth quarterback with at least 500 combined passing and rushing touchdowns (466 passing, 34 rushing), joining Tom Brady, Drew Brees and Peyton Manning.
Watson separated himself as the Packers’ No. 1 wideout with Romeo Doubs (ankle) sidelined. Watson continually separated from Dallas defenders and made touchdown grabs of seven, 38, and 59 yards. Watson’s early-season struggles with drops, bad routes, and injuries are in the rearview mirror for Green Bay coaches.
Aaron Jones had 24 rushes for 138 yards and a touchdown in the Packers’ Week 10 win against the Cowboys, adding two receptions for 18 yards. Jones has at least 150 scrimmage yards in two of his past three games. He also has a rushing touchdown in two of his last three games on Thursday.
This is the first time Green Bay will play an AFC opponent in a Thursday night contest. The Packers have won nine straight prime time games at Lambeau Field. Under Coach Matt LaFleur, Green Bay is 10-1 at home in prime time, a .900 winning percentage that is No. 1 in the NFL since 2019. Since 2019, the Packers have registered five games with 35-plus points and seven games with 400-plus yards at home in prime time, both No. 1 in the NFL over that span.
