Why Bet on the Golden State Warriors?
The Warriors were on another level in Game 5. They closed their four-quarter shift shooting 51.1% from the field and 37.1% from deep. Golden State hit 13 of their 35 attempts from deep and did well on the line with 14 of 15 made free throws. More than that, the Dubs outplayed the Lakers on the glass with 48 total rebounds, including nine offensive boards. Draymond Green took over in this department with a team-best ten boards 30 minutes of play.
Stephen Curry held the game-high score of 27 points on 12 of 24 shooting. He also led the game with eight total assists in 39 minutes. Five other Warriors had double-digit scores by the end of the contest. Andrew Wiggins and Draymond Green had 20 points each or more, while GP2, Klay, and Poole combined for 34 points.
We’ve seen quality numbers come from the Warriors in the playoffs. Although there were several instances where they failed to push in the fourth quarter, they remain great on paper. The Dubs averaged 114.1 points on 45.4% shooting as a team in 12 contests. They have a hit rate of 34.7% from deep and 75.2% from the line. Furthermore, the defending champions average 46.6 total boards and 28.4 assists per game.
Why Bet on the Los Angeles Lakers?
The Los Angeles Lakers continue to impress everyone with their postseason statistics. They average 111.5 points on 46.6% from the field in 11 postseason games. Although not the best, the Lakers still have a fairly decent 31.8% shooting from deep. Defensively, the Purple and Gold have one of the better rebounding numbers in the playoffs at 46.8 total boards, featuring 10.1 offensive and 36.7 defensive rebounds per game.
In their previous meeting with the Dubs, head coach Darvin Ham and the rest of the team kept up with their opponents. Although they could only manage a three-point lead at best, the figures tell us they had enough firepower to close the series early. As a team, they shot 48.3% from the field and 37.0% from deep. Rebounding is where they slowed down. The visitors only had 38 total rebounds, including seven offensive and 31 defensive boards.
LeBron James remains the best player on his team despite pushing 39 years of age. He went nine of 17 from the field and made all four free throws in 39 minutes. Anthony Davis left the floor early after getting elbowed by Kevon Looney, but he did have 23 points, nine rebounds, and three assists. Austin Reaves and D’Angelo Russell had 15 each, while Dennis Schroder put in 14 points from the bench.

Warriors vs. Lakers Game 6 Expert Betting Predictions
The Lakers were turbulent in all the regular season, but are now a win away from the Western Conference Finals. Things could turn if they fail to close here. AD still waits for the team doctor’s go signal since enduring a minor injury at Chase Center. The hosts still have home advantage and are the better team on paper. But if they don’t play their cards right, the Dubs could easily cover the spread and snatch another road win. Meanwhile, we know that the Dubs are deadly in any situation, so they have to act quickly here. They were effective in Game 5 thanks to a player rotation working well against Los Angeles. Curry needs full support from his teammates for a Game 7 to happen, and a questionable Andrew Wiggins is not the news they want.
