NASCAR is headed to Delaware for one time only this season for the 2021 Drydene 400. Plenty of movement has occurred just within the last week and things are starting to get heated. There is much a stake, including the top position in the standings.

Last week’s Goodyear 400 saw Martn Treux Jr. getting his third victory this season, the only one to have three so far. He came in as the fourth favorite in the NASCAR odds, but took the odds by surprise for another victory. That must have been a good payday for those who were backing him.

Let’s take a closer look at the last odds to win the 2021 Drydene 400, along with a betting preview and expert predictions. Be sure to check out for more NASCAR odds and lines at our online Bitcoin sportsbook

Who Are the Favorites to Win the 2021 Drydene 400?

Martin Truex Jr.

Currently standing as the only driver with three wins, Martin Truex Jr. is now heading up in the rankings, currently in second place. His recent track record a Dover is pretty good, with one victory and three 2nd place finishes in the last four races. He’s going to be in the front for a while, or maybe the whole race.

Kyle Larson

Larson’s performance last week gave him second place, after coming off a bad batch of races ending in 18th, 19th, even 40th place. Though he didn’t drive in Dover last season, he’s had a fair run on the track. His last performance in 2019 gave him third place. He might want to compensate this time around.

Denny Hamlin

The current leader in the standings got his first ever win at Dover last year. He hasn’t been able to get a win yet this season, but has obtained nine top 5s in 12 starts. He’s finished inside the top 5 in the last five starts. And past history has shown that he’s won on the track, such as last year. So don’t count the leading driver out of this one.

Who are the Dark Horses to Win the 2021 Drydene 400?

Alex Bowman

Bowman comes in with Top 3 finishes in the two races from 2019, with a fifth place in the second race of last season. He knows his ways around the track, but hasn’t been able to capture the win yet. If he’s able to snag his way to the front, he could become a problem for the favorites.

William Byron

We can say that Byron has been having his best season yet. He got in fourth place in the second race last season and he has one victory this season, winning the Dixie Vodka 400. Keep an eye out for this driver.

Cole Custer

Custer has quite the experience in the Monster Mile. He’s got a couple of Top 10s last year as a rookie and won in the fall 2019 in the Xfinity Series. Plus he had five Top 8 performances in sic NXS starts, along with a fifth place in Trucks during 2016. He could be the surprise factor in this one.

Expert’s Prediction for the 2021 Drydene 400 NASCAR Cup Series Race

With his win last week, Martin Treux Jr. is looking to, not only have more wins, but to be at the top of the NASCAR rankings. And he’s on the verge of doing so. While he sits in second place right now, this weekend could definitely make a change for the rest of the season. It won’t be an easy one, but it’s going to be exciting indeed.
