Thursday, Dec. 9

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Minnesota Vikings

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Minnesota Vikings -3

While Minnesota continues to fumble away the season, this time losing to the Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh continues to get healthy. If TJ Ward plays, and he should, the Steelers take this straight up.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Steelers

Sunday, Dec. 12

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Cleveland Browns -2

It’s tough to back Baker Mayfield and the Browns. Cleveland has trouble closing out games. More importantly, the offense has become awful. But the Browns have the better defense. Also, John Harbaugh doesn’t even know who will start at cornerback on Sunday. Go Cleveland.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Browns

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Kansas City Chiefs -9.5

Raider haters have waited all season for LV to implode. They got their wish last Sunday when Derek Carr and his mates couldn’t shut the door on the WFT. The AFC is deep. So a loss against the Chiefs could end the Raiders season. But although LasVegas will play hard, they don’t have the players to stand up to KC. The Chiefs already beat the Raiders 41-14. The score in this could be worse because KC’s D hasn’t allowed more than 9 points in the last couple of games.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Chiefs

Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Football Team

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Dallas Cowboys -3.5

One of the NFL’s best rivalries happens on Sunday when the Washington Football Team tackles the Dallas Cowboys. The WFT is on a roll, winning their last four in a row. Dallas looked good against the Saints. We must put the victory in perspective, though. New Orleans starting quarterback Taysom Hill busted his finger early. Also, the Saints are bereft with injuries. D.C. beat Las Vegas on the square. The WFT also upset Tampa Bay during the streak. Washington straight up is the play.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Washington

Detroit Lions vs. Denver Broncos

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Denver Broncos -7.5

Detroit played great to upset the Vikings and win their first game of the season. Don’t expect Jared Goff and his mates to make it two in a row. Denver’s defense played great in the loss to Kansas City. The offense is the reason the game ended Broncos 9 and Chiefs 22. Teddy Bridgewater could get nothing going. Bridgewater should get a lot going versus a bad Detroit defense.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Broncos

San Francisco 49ers vs. Cincinnati Bengals

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Cincinnati Bengals -1

Check the injury reports before dumping on either squad. In the loss to the Chargers, Bengals’ quarterback Joe Burrow suffered a pinkie injury that affected his throws. If Burrow doesn’t go, San Francisco should win. Right now, the expectation is that Burrow plays. So, for now at least, Cincy is the team to back.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Bengals

Buffalo Bills vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -3

After losing to the rival New England Patriots on their field, the Bills can’t be feeling good about themselves. More importantly, Tom Brady owns the Bills. The Terrific One has a 32-3 record against Buffalo. Granted, the 2021 Bills are different than any Buffalo team Brady has faced. But are they any better than some of those teams? Not likely.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Buccaneers

Monday, Dec. 13

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Minnesota Vikings

  • 2021 NFL Week 14 Odds: Arizona Cardinals -3

So the Rams dominate the Jacksonville Jaguars 37-3 in a home game and we’re supposed to believe they can hang with the Arizona Cardinals? Kyler Murray will play much better this Sunday than he did in the 33-22 win against the Chicago Bears. DeAndre Hopkins should be sharper. Also, although the Jags didn’t expose the Rams’ offensive line, trust us, LAR’s O-line is mediocre at best. Zona should easily cover this spread.

NFL Week 14 Pick: Cardinals
