2021 NFL Week 18 Preview, Odds and Picks
The final week of the NFL Regular Season is here. Few games in the final two days of play are meaningless. Also, there appears to be plenty of possibilities for profit. Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: Dallas Cowboys -7
The Eagles will sit Jalen Hurts. That’s almost a given because Philadelphia will either be a seventh or sixth seed. The Eagles must travel in their first playoff game no matter what happens on Saturday. Dallas, though, could rise as high as the 2-seed. The more home games the Cowboys have in the playoffs, the better their chances of making it to the Super Bowl. Expect the real Boys to show up on Jan. 8.

Cincinnati Bengals vs. Cleveland Browns
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: Cincinnati Bengals Off
Cleveland quarterback Baker Mayfield will have surgery this week, which means he won’t play on Sunday. Without Baker, the Browns have only a small chance of keeping this close. Once oddsmakers reset the line, we should expect the Bengals to offer 6 to 7 points. Even at -7, Cincinnati is the pick. Joe Burrow has played like the best quarterback in the league the past couple of games in impressive victories over Baltimore and Kansas City. Cincinnati covers no matter the spread.

Tennessee Titans vs. Houston Texans
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: Tennessee Titans -10.5
With a win, the Titans secure the top seed in the AFC. Tennessee knocked Miami out with a fantastic 34-3 win. Expect a similar score in this. D’Onta Foreman and Derrick Henry should get enough carries while the Texans are ready for the offseason. Titans cover.

New England Patriots vs. Miami Dolphins
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: New England Patriots -7
The Patriots are fighting for a division crown. If New England wins and, somehow, the Jets beat the Bills, the Pats take the AFC East. More importantly, Bill Belichick won’t want his crew to take a backward step after the terrific 50-10 win over the Jaguars in Week 17. Miami can’t make the playoffs. There’s a good chance the Fins sit Tua Tagovailoa. Even if they don’t, the Dolphins won’t play well enough to keep this close.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Arizona Cardinals
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: Arizona Cardinals -6.5
Arizona looked good beating the Dallas Cowboys in their last. The Cardinals appear back on track. But 6.5 is a lot of points to give to a Seattle team that continues to play hard even though they’ve got nothing to play for. The Seahawks would love to keep the Cards from winning the division. Also, Zona could bounce after the performance versus Big D. Seattle to cover is the play.

New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: New Orleans Saints -4.5
No doubt, the Falcons play the Saints tough. New Orleans, though, has a chance to make the playoffs. Not only that, but the Saints could be close to one-hundred percent with only Ryan Ramczyk listed as out. Sean Payton and his team should cover.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Los Angeles Rams
- 2021 NFL Week 17 Odds: Los Angeles Rams -4/li>
San Francisco must win this game. If they don’t, they probably won’t make the playoffs. The Rams must win. If they don’t, they could lose the NFC West to Arizona. The 49ers should be in some trouble. Free safety Jimmie Ward, one of their best defenders, is out. So is starting cornerback K’Waun Williams. Jimmy Garoppolo will try to play but he’s hurt. If the Niners must turn to rookie Trey Lance, they’ll be in even bigger trouble. Rams cover.

Los Angeles Chargers vs. las veghaLas Vegas Raiders
- 2021 NFL Week 18 Odds: Los Angeles Chargers -2.5
Chargers versus Raiders will be a terrific game. But although Las Vegas has home field, the Raiders are up against it on Sunday night. Vegas must win their fourth straight versus a good team. The previous four wins happened by 4 points or less, which means the Raiders could be on the brink of a loss. The Bolts got back on track last Sunday with a fantastic 34-13 win against the Broncos. Expect Justin Herbert and his team to end Las Vegas’ season with a win and cover.
