Thursday, Oct. 14

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Philadelphia Eagles

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -7

In NFL Week 5, Brady and the Bucs looked unbeatable. Terrific Tom threw for 411 yards in Tampa’s inspired 45-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins. But although the Buccaneers played great, they’re giving up too many points in this game. Eagles left tackle Jordan Mailata is healthy, which means Philly should move the football on Thursday night.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Eagles

Sunday, Oct. 17

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Washington Football Team

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Kansas City Chiefs -7

Just because KC lost outright to Buffalo on Sunday, it doesn’t mean they get a big bounce victory over the Washington Football Team. This is a bad matchup for the Chiefs’ D. The WFT averages 24.6 points per versus good defenses. KC’s defense can’t stop anybody from scoring.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Washington

Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Green Bay Packers -4.5

Aaron Rodgers is playing great, yes, but there’s a couple of Packer stats that leads us to side with the Bears. Green Bay averages 24 points per. The Pack allows 24.4 points per. Chicago could lose straight up and win against the spread.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Bears

Houston Texans vs. Indianapolis Colts

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Indianapolis Colts -9.5

If you aren’t a Ravens’ fan, you’ve got to feel for the Indianapolis Colts. The Colts had the Monday night game in the bag. All they had to do was stop Lamar Jackson. But Lamar is one of the best quarterbacks in the league for a reason. Indy takes their frustrations out on the hapless Houston Texans.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Colts

Minnesota Vikings vs. Carolina Panthers

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Minnesota Vikings -1

Sometimes, choosing which team to back agianst the spread is as easy as going with the team with the better quarterback. In this case, it’s a no-brainer. Sam Darnold threw three interceptions in the loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 5. Kirk Cousins led the Vikings on a game winning drive against the Detroit Lions.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Vikings

Arizona Cardinals vs. Cleveland Browns

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Cleveland Browns -2.5

The 5-0 Arizona Cardinals are for real. But on Sunday they play against one of the best teams in the NFL. Cleveland is the to rushing team in football. Zona suffers their first loss and it should by more than 3 points.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Browns

Dallas Cowboys vs. New England Patriots

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Dallas Cowboys -4

The entire left side of New England’s offensive line won’t play in this. Even if Isaiah Wynn and Mike Onwenu were to step onto the field, the Cowboys would cover this spread. Few defenses, none maybe, can stop Dak Prescott, Amari Copper, Ezekiel Elliott, CeeDee Lamb and the rest of the Boys’ offense. Dallas wins and covers.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Cowboys

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Denver Broncos

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Denver Broncos -3.5/li>

Jon Gruden resigned after emails he wrote, and someone sat on for at least 3 years, came to light. In any case, the Raiders are without their head coach. So, obviously, they’ll have a tough time versus the rival Broncos. Whether you believe what happened to Gruden is fair or not, the Broncos should benefit from it. Denver easily covers this spread.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Broncos

Seattle Seahawks vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Pittsburgh Steelers -5/li>

Russell Wilson is out six to eight weeks. There’s no way the Seattle Seahawks keep up on the scoreboard versus a Pittsburgh offense that found it’s footing in a 27-19 victory over the Denver Broncos in week 5.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Steelers

Monday, Oct. 18

Buffalo Bills vs. Tennessee Titans

  • 2021 NFL Week 6 Odds: Buffalo Bills -5.5

Buffalo’s defense allows 12.8 points per, ranking first in the NFL. The Bills’ offense 34.4 points per, which also ranks first in the league. The Titans allowed the Jets to score 27 points in a loss in their last. This should get ugly.

NFL Week 6 Pick: Bills
