Buffalo Bills vs. Los Angeles Rams

The defending champion Rams are a title contender this season, but Los Angeles didn’t improve nearly as much as the Buffalo Bills. The Bills signed Von Miller away from the Rams.

Miller will be in Stafford’s face from the first L.A. offensive series to the last. Not only that, but the Rams’ defense is going to have issues stopping Josh Allen. Bills roll.

New Orleans Saints vs. Atlanta Falcons

• 2022 NFL Week 1 Odds: New Orleans Saints -5 // Atlanta Falcons +5

The Atlanta Falcons don’t have a roster that can hang with the New Orleans Saints. The Saints’ top three receivers: Michael Thomas, Chris Olave, and Jarvis Landry are better than any wideout Falcons’ QB Marcus Mariota can throw too.

The ATL’s defense won’t stop Jameis Winston, Alvin Kamara, and New Orleans’ recievers. This has blowout written all over it.

2022 NFL Week 1 Pick: New Orleans Saints

Baltimore Ravens vs. New York Jets

• 2022 NFL Week 1 Odds: Baltimore Ravens -6 // New York Jets +6

The Jets could start four rookies in this game. Although the Ravens are a quality veteran squad with a lot of good players, the four rookies NYJ will likely start, corner Ahmad Gardner, running back Breece Hall, defensive end Jermaine Johnson, and wide receiver Garrett Wilson, will have a major impact in this. The Jets can win on the moneyline.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Washington Commanders

• 2022 NFL Week 1 Odds: Jacksonville Jaguars +3.5 // Washington Commanders -3.5

Both these teams have playoff potential. Washington has an edge because this happens on their field. But the Jaguars might be the overall better team. Two rookie defenders, linebackers Devin Lloyd and Travon Walker, are difference makers. So was signing former Washington guard Brandon Scherff.

Trevor Lawrence figures to bounce back big time and Doug Pederson, the Jaguars new HC, won a Super Bowl with a similar team when he coached the Eagles. Jacksonville can make a statement.

2022 NFL Week 1 Pick: Jacksonville Jaguars

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Arizona Cardinals

• 2022 NFL Week 1 Odds: Kansas City Chiefs -3 // Arizona Cardinals +3

Arizona is a good team and playing this on their field no doubt gives them home field advantage, but Kyler Murray will be without DeAndre Hopkins. Also, the AZ defense doesn’t have much of a shot at stopping Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City offense.

The Chiefs figure to take an early lead and then coast to at least a 6 point win. Don’t be surprised if AZ falls by 10 points in this game.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Dallas Cowboys

• 2022 NFL Week 1 Odds: Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2 // Dallas Cowboys +2

The Buccaneers shouldn’t be the favorite in this matchup. Not only does Dallas have home field advantage, but the Cowboys project as the overall better team. Tom Brady is great but Tampa’s D isn’t as good as Dallas’. Also, Dak Prescott should post NFL MVP stats this season and the Boys almost upset the Buccaneers in last year’s head-to-head. Dallas wins straight up.
