Why Bet on the Colorado Avalanche?

Game 1 saw a massacre of a score, 7-1 to be exact. In Game 2, it had to go into overtime to obtain the victory. Still, Colorado is the most dominant team out their right now. including their current playoff streak, they have 11 consecutive wins to date, five to close out the regular season, along with the six they’ve obtained in Round 1 of the playoffs.

One interesting stat to point out is teams that take a 2-0 lead in a series have a .867 percentage rate to win the series. Though not a guarantee, this wouldn’t be a strange scenario to expect due to their current performance. Though Game 2 did show a little bit a more human side to them. You can’t outscore your opponent always and were on the verge of losing in Game 2.

Why Bet on the Vegas Golden Knights?

The Golden Knights outshot the Avalanche by almost 20 in Game 2, with an advantage in the second period of 16-6. But it wasn’t enough to stop the power play Colorado did for the win. They are getting mauled by that, which Colorado currently holds a percentage of 43.5%. That’s quite a lot, considering that both previous games have had very different results.

Vegas needs to figure out a game plan to stop the Avalanche as much as possible. Marc-Andre Fleury has had a ok performance, considering how they started the series. If they get a loss tonight, coming back from a 3-0 deficit is not an easy task. Only four teams have been able to do that. There season is definitely on the line tonight.

Avalanche vs. Golden Knights Expert Betting Predictions

It’s hard to bet against the best team in the league right now. Not saying they can’t be stopped, but the task itself is very hard, considering all of the factors and stats involved. The home field advantage with a 100% capacity crowd could become a difference maker, as the pressure might overwhelm the Avalanche. Although, this is very hard to see at this time. What will happen tonight in Sin City?
