A new chapter of F1 comes up this March, and it’s time for fans and bettors to start warming up. With fresh driver pairings, management changes, and updated machinery, the choice of constructor champion remains a bold prediction. But, we know that teams have ample talent to win the renowned title. Aston Martin

Silverstone-based team Aston Martin enters the 2023 season with a new driver pair of Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll. The former gets under the wing of the Spaniard veteran and two-time World Champion Alonso, which should be good for his skill moving forward. While no one expected this pair to emerge since Vettel left the constructor, it does make Aston Martin fans hopeful. Alonso remains a competitive name on the grid despite pushing over 40 years of age. He finished P9 with Alpine last season.

Meanwhile, Stroll completes the other half of the duo after a seemingly quiet 2022 season where he scored just 18 points. The 24-year-old Canadian takes the wheel of the new car on testing day as they shake down the AMR23 at Silverstone. If the new collaboration works out for Aston Martin, there’s good reason to believe they can bounce back from last season. The team enters the 2023 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship race as +35,000 sleepers.

AlphaTauri

Red Bull’s sister team is hopeful for a better season than last year. AlphaTauri finished ninth in the constructors’ race last season with only 35 points recorded. Team boss Franz Tost suggests they are on their way to the midfield and more as they launch their car for the upcoming season. He hopes that the duo of Yuki Tsunoda and rookie Nyck de Vries yields positive results toward their goal this year.

The Faenza-based team is coming from a disappointing 2022 run. Nevertheless, Tost looks forward to bringing glory back to the team. He is confident that the AT04 will be evenly matched with the grid as the entire field is expected to be closer than ever. Having a driver with a championship pedigree across various motorsport competitions is a huge plus as well. Haas

Haas decided that Mick Schumacher wasn’t fit for the team and ultimately let him go. He was replaced with a veteran driver, Nico Hülkenberg. While the 35-year-old continues his search for a Grand Prix victory, it’s comforting to know that his 181 Formula 1 starts should be enough to hint at a positive effect on the team.

With a pair of returnees racing the anticipated VF-23, many believe this is the team’s time to shine. Kevin Magnussen locked in a long-term deal with the team and is all-in to pull the constructor out of a long spell of poor results. It remains to be seen whether Haas does have a machine competent enough to break the midfield barrier and keep up with the big guns, but we do like the idea of an American constructor causing chaos up front. With aggressive drivers determined to cement their names in history books, the +99,000 sleepers are anticipated to bring action-packed moments.
