A pair of losing teams from the previous week have a get-right matchup ahead, as the Miami Dolphins host the New York Giants in Week 5. The Dolphins seem to have met their match after losing to the Bills, while the Giants are in freefall mode and are slowly looking like the worst team in the NFL.

Why Bet on the New York Giants?

Another primetime game, another embarrassing loss for the New York Giants, who fell to the Seattle Seahawks this past Monday night, 24-3. New York is now 1-3 after making the playoffs in the last campaign, with the team having been outscored a combined 94-15 across their three losses this season.

Daniel Jones reverted to his “Danny Derps” form, throwing for just 203 passing yards to got with a couple of interceptions; one of them taken to the house by Seattle rookie Devon Witherspoon for a 97-yard pick-six. Even worse is that the Giants’ offensive line gave up a whopping 11 sacks to the Seahawks.

Reinforcements could be arriving for the G-Men, as stud running back Saquon Barkley is expected to start practicing this week coming off of a knee injury. Barkley is by far their best offensive weapon, so the Giants could make matters more interesting with Saquon’s return. Then again, they still have a bottom-five scoring defense, one that’s allowing an average of 30.5 points to its opponents this season.

The Miami Dolphins were brought back down to Earth following their 70-point ascension in Week 3. Not only did their scoring take a dip in Week 4, but they were on the losing end of a 48-20 decision against the Buffalo Bills to put an end to their three-game undefeated streak to start the new campaign.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, who’s currently the league’s leading passer with 1,306 passing yards, threw for 282 yards against a tough Buffalo defense that limited Tua to just one passing TD and a pick. On the bright side, rookie running back De’Von Achane still looks like a star in the making, going off for 101 rushing yards and two trips to the end zone on just eight carries.

Miami’s defense was just rocked by the Bills, which is understandable. However, the team did just allow the likes of the Broncos and Patriots to drop a combined 18.5 points per game, which does give the Giants a ray of hope that their offense won’t be totally shut down this Sunday.

The Giants’ putrid offensive line won’t be able to help the team even with Barkley’s expected comeback and the Fins are out for blood after having just lost grip of the division lead.
