#3 Kansas Jayhawks vs. Michigan State Spartans

  • When: Tuesday, November 9th, 2021. 7:00pm ET
  • Where: Madison Square Garden, New York City, New York
  • NCAAB Betting Odds: TBA

There’s a reason Kansas is ranked third in the nation. The Wildcats are loaded in every way imaginable. The biggest positive for Rock Chalk heading into this season? Remy Martin, who tore it up with ASU last season, transfers and Ochai Agbaji, one of the best guards in the nation, decided to return to his senior season. Bill Self’s team doesn’t appear to have any flaws. The Jayhawks are a Final Four contender. So they should cover the spread against the Spartans.

NCAAB Betting Pick: Kansas

#10 Kentucky Wildcats vs. #9 Duke Blue Devils

  • When: Tuesday, November 9th, 2021. 9:30pm ET
  • Where: Madison Square Garden, New York City, New York
  • NCAAB Betting Odds: TBA

Although Coach K’s final season, things aren’t looking as up for the Duke Blue Devils as the ranking indicates. Consequently, the Wildcats should be better than their ranking. Duke returns four scholarship players. Those four players are good for sure, but Coach Cal reloaded with transfer players. Former West Virginia big Oscar Tshiebwe and Georgia transfer Sahvir Wheeler should help Kentucky cover versus the Devils.

NCAAB Betting Pick: Kentucky

Buffalo Bulls vs. #6 Michigan Wolverines

  • When: Wednesday, November 10th, 2021. 6:30pm ET
  • Where: Crisler Center, Ann Arbor, Michigan
  • NCAAB Betting Odds: TBA

Last season, Michigan was one of the best teams in the country. Coach Juwan Howard must replace four of the Wolverines top scorers from last season, but Howard has proven he’s one of the best recruiters in the nation. Not only that, but 7’ 1” center Hunter Dickinson is back, which means the Wolverines roll over the Bulls in this.

NCAAB Betting Pick: Michigan

Rice Owls vs. #15 Houston Cougars

  • When: Friday, November 12th, 2021. 7:00pm ET
  • Where: Fertitta Center, Houston, Texas
  • NCAAB Betting Odds: TBA

Houston plays defense better than almost any team in college basketball. The problem for Kelvin Sampson is that the Cougs must replace the entire starting backcourt from last season. That wouldn’t be an issue if Houston didn’t play with 3-guards. Make no mistake, the Cougars will win this. But Rice should go off as an overlay ATS. So we’ll side with the Owls to cover.

NCAAB Betting Pick: Rice

#5 Texas Longhorns at #1 Gonzaga Bulldogs

  • When: Saturday, November 13th, 2021. 10:30pm ET
  • Where: McCarthey Athletic Center, Spokane, Washington
  • NCAAB Betting Odds: TBA

The Gonzaga Bulldogs return enough, including Drew Timme, to warrant the number one ranking. But we shouldn’t give the Bulldogs the benefit of the doubt as a likely underlay choice versus the tough Texas Longhorns. First, the Zags lose three key players, Joel Ayayi, Jalen Suggs, and Corey Kispert. Second, the Horns should boast the best frontcourt in college hoops with Timmy Allen, Tre Mitchell, Dylan Disu, and Christian Bishop transferring to Austin. Also, Marcus Carr comes over from Minnesota to play point-guard. Texas can win this straight up.

NCAAB Betting Pick: Texas

#20 Florida State Seminoles at Florida Gators

  • When: Sunday, November 14th, 2021. 1:00pm ET
  • Where: Exactech Arena at Stephen C. O’Connell Center, Gainesville, Florida
  • NCAAB Betting Odds: TBA

FSU should boast one of the top backcourts in the nation. Point guard Rayquan Evans returns. Evans is more of a point and shooting guard. So is transfer Caleb Mills. Mills comes over from Houston. If Mills and Evans show chemistry in this game, the Seminoles should have no trouble winning and covering the spread. The Gators will be tough. But they shouldn’t be good enough to handle a solid FSU team.

NCAAB Betting Pick: FSU
