2024 NFL Pro Bowl Games Championship

By Hank Blaine

Based on the earlier Pro Bowl competitions, the AFC held a 21-15 lead over the NFC before last season’s 7 vs 7 flag football game. Kirk Cousins went crazy for the NFC, though, leading the NFC to a come from behind victory in a fantastic 35-33 game. Will this year’s NFL Pro Bowl Flag Football Game be as epic as last year’s? Check out NFL odds for which conference wins the NFL Pro Bowl along with analysis of this season’s flag football contest.

2024 NFL Pro Bowl Games Championship Event Info

  • When: Sunday, Feb. 4 at 3:00 pm ET
  • Where: Camping World Stadium, Orlando, Florida
  • TV/Streaming: ABC / ESPN / ESPN+
  • 2024 Pro Bowl Odds: AFC -110 / NFC -110

Why the AFC will win the 7 on 7 flag football game?

Head Coach: Peyton Manning

AFC Predicted Offense Starters

  • QB – Tua Tagovailoa – Miami
  • RB – Raheem Mostert – Miami
  • FB – Alec Ingold – Miami
  • WR – Tyreek Hill – Miami
  • WR – Amari Cooper – Cleveland
  • TE – David Njoku – Cleveland
  • OT – Laremy Tunsil – Houston
  • OT – Dion Dawkins – Buffalo
  • G – Quenton Nelson – Indianapolis
  • G – Joel Bitonio – Cleveland
  • C – Tyler Linderbaum – Baltimore

Coach Payton Manning is for sure going to let Tua and his fellow Dolphins run the show. If Lamar Jackson decides to participate, which isn’t likely, then LJ will get some run. But if Lamar doesn’t step onto the field, then expect Tua to go to Tyreek as much as possible. Manning wants to win this game considering brother Eli beat him last year. So we should expect Peyton to pull out all the stops.

Some of those stops could be to pass the Raheem Mostert and Derrick Henry, Tennessee’s Pro Bowl running back. Also, T. Hill is fast in pads. Think about how fast he’s going to be on Sunday without those pads.

Why the NFC will win the 7 on 7 flag football game?

Head Coach: Eli Manning

NFC Predicted Offense Starters

  • QB – Dak Prescott – Dallas
  • RB – De’Andre Swift – Philadelphia
  • FB – C.J. Ham – Minnesota
  • WR – CeeDee Lamb – Dallas
  • WR – A.J. Brown – Philadelphia
  • TE – Sam LaPorta – Detroit
  • OT – Lane Johnson – Philadelphia
  • OT – Penei Sewell – Detroit
  • G – Landon Dickerson – Philadelphia
  • G – Chris Lindstrom – Atlanta
  • C – Jason Kelce – Philadelphia

Tua Tagovailoa gets to throw the pigskin to his top wide receiver, Tyreek Hill. NFC starter Dak Prescott gets to do the same. Prescott figures to light up the Camping World Stadium scoreboard with pinpoint passes to CeeDee Lamb.

Prescott and Lamb were the engine that motored the Dallas’ offense this season. The pair are always on the same page.

When Prescott doesn’t throw, he will hand the ball off to Eagles running back DeAndre Swift. Swift was electric for most of this season and will benefit from how deep and talented the NFC Pro Bowl roster is.

Prescott is going to love tossing the ball to Sam LaPorta. Eli could mix it up and play the Rams Matthew Stafford when Detroit’s tight end is in the game.

2024 NFC vs AFC 7 on 7 Flag Football Final Betting Analysis

Although there are skills competitions earlier in the day and those add up to points for the conferences that win those competitions, the conference that scores the 7 on 7 flag football game victory will likely be the winner.

This season, the talent level on the AFC is deep. Miami can run their base sets because Tua, Mostert, and Hill hail from South Beach. Peyton will mix it up by throwing in some players to keep brother Eli off guard.

Eli could counter, but unless Matthew Stafford or someone bails him out the way Kirk Cousins did last season, this year’s Pro Bowl trophy goes to the AFC.
