The 2022 pokemon UNITE World Championships will take place at the ExCel London convention center in England from Friday to Saturday. The 16 teams who’ve qualified for the tournament will do battle in group play on Day 1 Friday, August 19, before the knockout stage from the top eight teams in the group stage settle the score on Day 2 Saturday, August 20.
A massive prize pool worth $1 million has been at stake throughout the 2022 Pokemon UNITE World Championship Series. A total payout of $500,000 is on the line at the first-ever deciding tournament this August, with the other half having been distributed amongst the previous regional events leading up to the World Championships.
