Similar to English, An also made his debut at the Country Club of Jackson in 2019 and came out with a third-place finish. Joining English as a T9 finisher at the Fortinet Championship is 23-year-old upstart Davis Thompson, who made his professional debut just last year and is already off to a strong start to his sophomore PGA TOUR campaign. Thanks to that solid outing from the first tournament of the new season, Thompson is currently the leader in greens-in-regulation percentage (77.78%). Although the Georgia alum has little to no PGA TOUR experience to work with, his stellar season debut more than warrants enough sleeper consideration from a relatively weak field at Jackson this week.
