Joaquin Neimann survived a rush from Colin Morikawa and Cameron Young to finish at -19, a couple of strokes ahead of Morikawa and Young, to win the 2022 Genesis. Neimann is now at LIV golf
So Joaquin won’t tee off on Thursday to defend his title. After Morikawa’s and Young’s tied second, Viktor Hovland and Adam Scott finished a tied fourth. Scottie Scheffler shot a -12 to finish a tied seventh.

Justin Thomas played at the 2022 Genesis Invitational. Thomas shot a 67-64-70-70 on his way to a -13. Thomas finished sixth.
