2022 HighPoint.com 400 Recap

Hendrick Motorsports driver Chase Elliott beat Richard Childress driver Tyler Reddick to take the checkered flag. Daniel Suarez followed Reddick in third. Christopher Bell finished fourth and Kyle Larson fifth.

Sixth place went to Michael McDowell. Martin Truex Jr., one of this year’s favorites, finished seventh.

Top Choice to Win the 2023 HighPoint.com 400

Joey Logano could be ready to win. In the last 6 races, Logano has a couple of third place finishes, at World Wide Technology Raceway and Sonoma, and a second last week at New Hampshire.

Not only that, but Logano started fourth at Nashville, fourth at New Hampshire, and fourth at Atlanta. If he doesn’t run into any trouble, Logano could cross the finish line first on Sunday. An added bonus are the +1600 odds.

Second Choice to Win the 2023 HighPoint.com 400

One of the favorites, Kyle Busch had zero shot last week of winning. Kyle got into an accident that ended his chances.

Before the accident in New Hampshire, Busch had finished fifth in back to back races, the Chicago Street Race and Atlanta. Kyle won at World Wide Technology Raceway.

Busch followed up the victory with a second at Sonoma. We should take Kyle seriously. So if you don’t mind the odds, give it a go.

Third Choice to Win the 2023 HighPoint.com 400

Kyle Larson’s third place finish in New Hampshire should give his backers confidence. Larson finished fourth at World Wide, fifth at Nashville, and then fourth at the Chicago Street Race.

Last year, Larson finished fifth in this. Kyle is driving well enough for a look. But his odds leave much to be desired. If you like Larson better than Busch and believe he wins, pull the trigger. If not look for other options.

Top Underdog to Win the 2023 HighPoint.com 400

In 2022, Brad Keselowski finished fourteenth in this event. The top underdog choice has been driving well in recent races. So we should expect he finishes much better than fourteenth in 2023.

Keselowski finished fifth at New Hampshire last week. Before the fifth place finish, Brad had finished sixth at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The back to back decent finishes suggests Keselowski is knocking on the door. If the door opens, Keselowski could win this at massive 35-to-1 odds.
