Similar to the Arnold Palmer Invitational, The Memorial Tournament is one of the most coveted events on the calendar that was created by one of golf’s all-time greats.
A massive prize purse worth $20 million is on the line in Muirfield this week. That’s a whopping $8 million increase from last year’s running of The Memorial, as the PGA TOUR continues to bolster its total prize payouts to keep pace with the similarly hefty payouts from its main competition, the LIV Tour.
