Carolina Panthers vs. Chicago Bears

• When: Thursday, November 9th, 2023. 8:15pm EST.
• Where: Soldier Field, Chicago, IL
• NFL Odds: Panthers (+143) // Bears (-179)

Bears’ starting quarterback Justin Fields should step onto the field on Thursday night. If Fields plays, it will be more difficult for the Panthers to provide the upset.

However, a Carolina victory would still be possible. The Panthers have played well in their last couple of games, a 19-17 win over the Houston Texans and a 27-13 loss against the underrated Colts. Bryce Young improves week to week and Chicago’s D is nothing to write home about.

The Colts are the better team and New England tends to find ways to lose. However, the Patriots have stepped it up this season in a couple of impressive wins.

New England’s last victory was a 29-25 game against the Buffalo Bills. It’s hard to see the Colts playing better than Buffalo did in New England. Taking a shot on the Pats to get the money line victory makes sense.

Tennessee Titans vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

After starting the season winning 3-of-4, the Buccaneers have since lost 4 straight. Tampa is reeling. If Baker and the offense plays well, the defense doesn’t and vice versa.

Tennessee has a legit NFL starter in quarterback Will Levis. So far in a couple of starts, Levis has thrown for 500 yards and has a 4 TD to 1 INT ratio. Levis played well against the Steelers in the last considering his offensive line is suspect. Tennessee gets it done.

The above even money payout on Jacksonville’s moneyline is ridiculous. The Jags have won 5 straight games against mostly quality teams while the Niners are on a 3 game bender.

The Jags also boast one of the best turnover causing defenses in the league. In addition, Brock Purdy hasn’t looked sharp in recent SF games. Taking the +137 on the Jags is a great bet.

Washington Commanders vs. Seattle Seahawks

For sure, Washington is going to find it difficult to beat the Seattle Seahawks. Still, we’re getting a decent +200 payout if D.C. pulls off the upset.

In addition, the Hawks welcome the Commanders a week after a terrible 37-3 loss to the Ravens in Baltimore. If Seattle suffers a hangover from the NFL Week 9 loss, Washington can take advantage.

New York Jets vs. Las Vegas Raiders

The Jets defense is better than Las Vegas’s, but the Raiders offense is much, much better than the Jets’.

Vegas’s new head coach, Antonio Pierce, has the Raiders believing they can hang. More importantly, the players want to do well for Coach Pierce. A win over the J-E-T-S won’t be easy, but LV is an overlay because they should be the favorites. So grab the decent moneyline while you can.
