Fury vs. Usyk: Ring of Fire – Kingdom Arena, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (PPV)

24-0 with 16 knockout victories, Agit Kabayel may be the toughest opponent Frank Sanchez has yet faced. But although Kabayel is undefeated, he’s fought primarily in Germany.

Breidis versus Opetaia should be an entertaining bout. The two squared off in July 2022 with Opetaia beating Breidis via 12-round unanimous decision.

The bout was Breidis’ second career loss. Since then, Breidis hasn’t fought. Opetaia has knocked out Jordan Thomas and Ellis Zorro since the first match. The layoff won’t do Breidis any favors while Opetaia appears to have taken his game to another level. The favorite wins via stoppage before the final bell.

Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk // Ring Magazine, IBF World Cruiserweight Title

After a less than stellar performance against Francis Ngannou in his last, The Gypsy King, that’s Fury, has much to prove. Ngannou faced Fury in his first ever boxing match.

Francis knocked down Fury and almost pulled off one of the greatest upsets in boxing history, losing a split-decision to the champ. So Fury must pick up his game if he hopes to have any shot of getting past consistent Oleksandr Usyk.

The +100 slight underdog is 21-0 with 14 stoppage wins. Usyk beat Anthony Joshua twice and Daniel Dubois in his last 3 bouts. Fury may have lost a step while Usyk will win the angles in this. Oleksandr unifies the heavyweight division.

Navarette vs. Berinchyk – Pechanga Arena, San Diego, CA (ESPN)

Giovani Santillan vs. Brian Norman Jr.

It’s difficult to imagine a more competitive co-main event than Santillan versus Norman Jr. Both boxers are undefeated. Santillan has a 32-0 record with 17 stoppage wins while Norman Jr. is 25-0 with 19 stoppage victories.

The underdog in this is just 23 years old. Norman Jr. has run circles around most of his opponents, but in his last, he fought in a no contest against Janelson Bocachica due to cuts appearing on both fighters.

This is a massive step up for Norman Jr. The +380 underdog hasn’t come close to fighting someone on Santillan’s level. Brian will give a decent accounting of himself, but beating Santillan is asking too much at this stage of Norman Jr.’s career.

Emmanuel Navarrete vs. Denys Berinchyk // WBO World Lightweight Title

Berinchyk is a terrific boxer. Like most Ukrainian pugilists, Berinchyk has terrific feet. However, his footwork will suffer in the ring versus the much younger Navarrete.

The 36-year-old underdog is going to struggle to keep up. The problem with fighting Navarrete is that Emmanuel uses his feet to throw punches at different angles. When Berinchyk tries to adjust, it won’t work out because Navarrete boasts 29-year-old legs.

The favorite gets it done. Knocking out Berinchyk won’t be easy. But that’s the optimal play. So pull the trigger if you believe there’s a chance the fave scores a stoppage win.
