The Eagles get the chance to prove making the NFL postseason wasn’t a fluke on Sunday when they travel to Tampa to battle Tom Brady and the defending champion Buccaneers. Will Jalen Hurts and his teammates show they belong? Or will Tampa prove they’re ready to repeat?

The defense was great versus the rush, but so-so against the pass. Before jumping on the D, though, we must realize that on Sunday it will be the first time this entire season the starting secondary is healthy.

Antoine Winfield, Jordan Whitehead, Carlton Davis, and Sean Murphy-Bunting will play. So should the entire front 7, which includes Jason Pierre-Paul, Ndamukong Suh, Vita Vea, Devin White, and Shaquil Barrett.

Jalen Hurts and the Eagles face the best front 7 in football and one of the top secondaries. It remains to be seen if Hurts can handle it. Also, we shouldn’t read too much into Philadelphia’s march to the playoffs.

In their last 6 games, the Eagles played the Giants twice, the WFT twice, and the Jets. Philly lost to the Giants and the Cowboys trounced them in Week 18. Leonard Fournette returns in this game, which means Tampa Bay should have some success running the football. Philadelphia has just a small chance of keeping this one close.
