Jordan Poole prepares to depart the Bay area after five years and one NBA Championship title with the Golden State Warriors. The Wisconsin-born guard averaged 18.5 points per game on 36.4% shooting from deep while leading the league in free throw shooting at 92.5%. He also stepped up during their title run and hit 39.1% of his looks from deep and averaged 17.0 points per game.

This is the first newsworthy move for new Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr., who was promoted to the position in the middle of June. The 42-year-old also holds an impressive background in the sport playing for the University School of Milwaukee and Homestead High School while his father coached the Milwaukee Bucks from 1992 to 1996.
