New Hampshire vs. Vermont NCAAB Odds and Preview – March 12th, 2024

By Hank Blaine

One of the most dominant teams in the country this season in conference play was Vermont in the America East as the top-seeded Catamounts have just one loss in the league. However, they were nearly upset by New Hampshire in the regular season finale as the two meet Tuesday in the America East Tournament semifinals. Vermont will not be going to the NCAA Tournament if it loses in its own gym. The winner faces either Bryant or UMass Lowell in the title game.

Vermont had little problem at home with New Hampshire on Feb. 15 in a 70-54 win but was pushed to the limit last Tuesday in the regular-season finale at UNH, escaping 68-64 behind 23 points and seven rebounds from Sam Alamutu. Ahmad Robinson finished with 26 points, four assists and two steals for the Wildcats.
