2021 College Football Week 10 Preview, Odds and Picks
A couple of massive Big Ten games happen on Saturday. The first pits #6 Michigan versus #8 Michigan State. Both teams head into their yearly rivalry contest undefeated. The winner will have the inside track to the Big Ten title game and a possible College Football Playoff spot. The second monster game in the Big Ten has #5 Ohio State hosting #20 Penn State. Because the Nittany Lions have two losses, they won’t make it to the CFP. But Penn State could still garner a New Year’s Day Bowl bid, so the Lions will play hard. Utah Utes vs. Stanford Cardinal

- Where: Stanford Stadium, Stanford, California

Stanford is just 3-5 ATS this season. The Cardinal has covered in their 3 SU victories. So if you believe Stanford some how pulls off the win, go with the Cardinal. But if you believe Utah wins their second straight and 3 out of heir last 4, go with Utah. It’s difficult seeing how Stanford stops Utah’s offense. Utes ATS.

The wheels have fallen off in Austin. After starting the season with so much promise, Steve Sarkisian’s bunch has fallen to 4-3. The Horns must win out to have any shot of grabbing a New Year’s Day Bowl.
But another loss, probably by a wide margin, appears in the cards for this Saturday. Baylor is one of the better teams in college football. Quarterback Gerry Bohanon has a 12-1 TD-to-INT ratio. The Bears are for real, which is why they’re close to a lock to cover the 3.

Liberty Flames vs. #15 Ole Miss Rebels

Ole Miss is a quality team, but the Rebels struggle when they face a team with an excellent offense. Liberty’s offense averages 37.4 points per. The Flames’ defense gives up less than 18 each game. The Rebels should win. Liberty will make this extremely close, though. So if you want to take a big risk, go for Liberty on the moneyline. Flames against the spread is the safer and more likely-outcome play.

Beware Big Ten teams facing Purdue after a rival victory. The overall trends favor Sparty, but Purdue wins on the head-to-head trends. The Boilermakers are 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings at home and 4-1-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings. The underdog is 9-1-1-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings. Sparty falls.

Auburn has won 3-of-4 and covered in 3-of-4. The Tigers’ lone non-cover happened in a loss to Georgia. No doubt, Texas A&aM will be fired up in this game. But Auburn has the better quarterback in Bo Nix and the Tigers are rolling. Give Auburn a chance to win this on the moneyline.

Gary Patterson no longer coaches the Texas Christian Horned Frogs. Once a head coach leaves, a team will either rally for their departed coach or lie down and wait to get kicked. Baylor doesn’t care because all Dave Aranda’s team is going to do is what they do every week, play great defense, rush the football, try not to make any mistakes, win football games, and cover spreads.

#7 Oregon Ducks vs. Washington Huskies

- Where: Husky Stadium, Seattle, Washington

Oregon is 7-1 SU and 2-6 ATS. Washington is 4-4 SU and 2-6 ATS. But although it looks as if Oregon has the edge, the Ducks aren’t as good as many believe. Trouncing Colorado in their last doesn’t impress while the loss to Stanford lingers. Washington keeps this close.
