It’s only fitting that the reigning Honda Classic champion makes our list of sleepers this week, as Sepp Straka returns to PGA National Resort to defend his title. The only Austrian to win a PGA TOUR event could certainly repeat as the Honda Classic champion, especially considering that he also came close to winning his second TOUR title at the Sanderson Farms Championship in October to kickstart his 2022-23 campaign.
Robby Shelton

Robby Shelton, who debuted with a solid T11 finish at the 2020 edition of the Honda Classic, has steadily been in contention for his first win on the PGA TOUR all season long. The Mobile, Alabama native made nine cuts in his 11 starts thus far, including a pair of top-10 finishes and a total of five top-25 finishes. With a relatively weak field ahead, Shelton is a decent sleeper pick to finally pop his PGA TOUR cherry.
Byeong-Hun An

Perhaps the best value to be had this week is another South Korean standout in Byrong-Hun An, who’s been just as or even more consistent than Shelton before him. He had a T5 finish in 2018 and a T4 in 2020 as his highlight performances at the Honda Classic, making him another very intriguing sleeper pick to win it all this week.
