Vegas Golden Knights vs. Toronto Maple Leafs

  • When: Tuesday, November 2nd, 2021. 7:00pm ET
  • Where: Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, Ontario
  • Radio: KKGK 1340 (Knights) // TSN Radio 1050 (Maple Leafs)
  • Live Stream: NHL Live
  • NHL Betting Odds: TBA

Heading into the week, the Golden Knights are 4-4 straight up. Vegas has yet to get on track, though. The problem? Injuries have hit the Knights early. Mark Stone is listed as out indefinitely, Max Pacioretty is out until late November, and Nolan Patrick is listed as out indefinitely. The Toronto Maple Leafs are suffering no such injury issues. Marner, Matthews, and Tavares should dominate.

NHL Betting Pick: Maple Leafs

St. Louis Blues vs. Los Angeles Kings

  • When: Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021. 10:00pm ET
  • Where: STAPLES Center, Los Angeles, California
  • TV: TNT, TVAS2
  • Radio: KSMO Radio (Blues) // AM 570 LA Sports (Kings)
  • Live Stream: NHL Live
  • NHL Betting Odds: TBA

St. Louis is 6-1 after seven games. The Blues are playing like it’s 2019, handling business on both ends of the ice. Vladimir Tarasenko and the offense lead St. Louis in goals per with 4.7 each contest. The defense ranks eighth in goals allowed each match at 2.5. The Kings are 3-5-1. So expect a St. Louis puck line victory.

NHL Betting Pick: Blues

New York Islanders vs. Montreal Canadiens

  • When: Thursday, November 4th, 2021. 7:00pm ET
  • Where: STAPLES Center, Los Angeles, California
  • TV: TSN2, RDS, MSG+
  • Radio: KSMO Radio (Islanders) // AM 570 LA Sports (Canadiens)
  • Live Stream: NHL Live
  • NHL Betting Odds: TBA

With a 3-2-1-1 record heading into the week, things aren’t dire for the New York Islanders. But if you’re an Islanders fan, you must struggle with the fact that NYI averages 2.4 goals per and allows 2.4 goals each match. Montreal is 2-8 on the moneyline. The Canadiens average less than 2 goals per. They allow almost 4 goals each match. If the Islanders are anywhere close to being a playoff team, Anders Lee and his mates should take apart Montreal on Thursday. Give NYI the nod.

NHL Betting Pick: Islanders

New York Rangers vs. Edmonton Oilers

  • When: Friday, November 5th, 2021. 9:30pm ET
  • Where: Rogers Place, Edmonton, Alberta
  • TV: SNW, MSG+
  • Radio: KSMO Radio (Rangers) // AM 570 LA Sports (Oilers)
  • Live Stream: NHL Live
  • NHL Betting Odds: TBA

It sure looks as if Artemi Panarin is set on helping the Rangers end the playoff drought. As of October 31, NYR is 6-2-1. Panarin doesn’t even lead the team in shots. Chris Kreider does. If you’re a Rangers fan, that’s a good thing. You don’t want NYR leaning too much on their best players. Edmonton, along with fellow Canadian team Calgary, are dominating their Pacific Division foes. The Oilers are 6-1 SU after 7 matches. Like always, Conor McDavid and Leo Draisatl lead the way. The Rangers won’t make it easy. But Edmonton should win this.

NHL Betting Pick: Oilers

Carolina Hurricanes vs. Florida Panthers

  • When: Saturday, November 6th, 2021. 6:00pm ET
  • Where: FLA Live Arena, Sunrise, Florida
  • Radio: 99.9 The Fan (Hurricanes) // AM 560 Sports WQAM (Panthers)
  • Live Stream: NHL Live
  • NHL Betting Odds: TBA

Carolina ranks first in goals each match and goals allowed per contest. The Hurricanes are blasting blue lines with 4.4 goals each game. The Canes are playing lock down defense, allowing 1.6 each match up. Carolina looks like a good road play. But the Panthers are playing as well as Carolina. Florida is 8-0 with a single loss. The loss is an OTL, which means it happened in overtime. Panthers do enough to take the victory.

NHL Betting Pick: Panthers

Dallas Stars vs. Vancouver Canucks

  • When: Sunday, November 7th, 2021. 10:00pm ET
  • Where: Rogers Arena, Vancouver, British Columbia
  • TV: SN, BSSW
  • Radio: Sportsradio 96.7 FM (Stars) // AM Sportsnet 650 (Canucks)
  • Live Stream: NHL Live
  • NHL Betting Odds: TBA

Dallas lost their last 3 to end October. Things don’t look good for the Stars. But on Sunday, Dallas plays a team they will have a shot to beat. The Vancouver Canucks are tied with the expansion Seattle Kraken for last place in the Pacific. The Canucks have just 7 points. Vancouver can win. But so can Dallas. We’ll go with the home team because there’s a good chance they offer value on the moneyline.

NHL Betting Pick: Canucks
